Well worth a visit.

I know that you will not be disappointed when you visit this fabulous Wine Bar Restaurant. We had read about its existence in a guide book but the facts although flattering about this place were not as enlightening as what we is actually happening in this small but extremely well run place. loved the entire experience. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Great food and wine. Loved the binoculars for selecting the wine.

Just a few meters away from the crowds that line up for several minutes for "Pasteis de Belem", there is this little gem, which offers fantastic food and good wine. There are just a few tables and just a few people on the staff, but they manage everything just perfectly. Meals are beautifully arranged, and wines, even those by the... More

After spending the day in Belem, we stopped for some Port here and I could have stayed there all night. Very comfortable, great value for money and friendly service - you can't go wrong. Check out the interesting toilet feature,,,

Original, meticulous, enticing dishes, with powerful flavours from Riccardo the chef. Well matched wines from Nelson if you give him something to work with. Intimate, hole in the wall feel. We loved it. A reason to go to Lisbon. All this despite having to endure a very large, drunk Dutch man for the first 15 minutes, sitting sideways to our... More

We had the pleasure of discovering this little enoteca just off the main road. Do not be put off by the low light. This small and intimate little spot delivers. The food is excellent but its the special and thoughtful service by nelson and ricardo that make this a truly special experience. The wine is central and allow yourself to... More

Booked a table that same day and ended up showing up an hour earlier than i had originally booked; the staff had no trouble giving us our table despite the early arrival. The service was friendly but not intrusive and the food was great!

This small restaurant (6 tables) is properly amazing! You don't go in this narrow street by chance, you just know where you're going... The menu is clear and simple, only local food, although the quantities are not big, the quality is amazing, from the prawns or local sausage starter to the unforgettable veal steak, that I could cut with my... On a late sunny january afternoon, we went there for some tapas and wine, only to be delighted by the chef with the nicest truffle omelettte. We also tried some wine till we found what suited us best. The service was excellent, which we found is a rare thing around Lisbon. Thanks for a nice afternoon :)

We visited in a group of 12, and were amazingly well looked after with outstanding food and wine pairing, a varied and delicious tasting menu of really high quality food and diligent service. For a special occasion, you really couldn't ask for more. The restaurant is very small so make sure you reserve.
