Wonderful! A must!

We stumbled across this place accidentally while in Belem and fell in love with it so much we returned three nights later. The food was incredible (especially the salmon starter!) and the wine pairings were perfect and oh so affordable. They also serve goat butter with their bread which is amazing!

I found this place by accident and was very surprised. Small, intimate, and worth the visit. On the window were stickers for TripAdvisor awards 2012 and 2013. It was a must-do. The owner guided us to a wine selection based on our entrees. We had duck pie w Asian salad, venison steak with stuffing and a salmon starter with ginger,... More

Stumbled upon Enoteca after touring the Maritime Museum (also highly recommend). It’s in an alley so you have to keep an eye out for it. We sat at the bar between lunch and dinner service to enjoy a glass of vinho verde. Unfortunately we didn’t eat there, but the menu looked really great. Call ahead, it’s a small restaurant that... We've come there for supper, only one table left so maybe it is better to make a reservation before visiting. Food was delicious, we've ordered tuna steak, octopus and chestnuts soup for a starter. The only bad thing about this restaurant is they don't have wine list. But we've asked waiter for a "vinho verde" and he has recommended good... More

The chef can cook. He should have a Michelin star if we are serious enough about the Michelin gradings. The wines are excellent and the sommelier can guide you through the best tastes of Portugal without getting tired or drunk. One of the best experiences we ever had- and allow us to believe that we are very experienced.

We liked the very friendly staff and their relaxed approach to serving wine - the list is impressive but you can have just about any wine by the glass. They are happy to recommend different wines to go with the dishes that you've ordered. The food was good & featured authentic Portuguese ingredients. It's a small restaurant so felt quite... More

Other reviews have mentioned that Nelson knows a lot about wine, he also knows a lot about making a dinner memorable. Relatively new and curious about Portuguese cuisine, he guided us on typical Portuguese dishes, suggested a sharing menu and wine pairings, and we had a truly extraordinary meal. The menu is relatively short, and just about everything is locally... More

I was lucky to visit this beautiful and cozy restaurant. The waiters greeted me with a smile and conveniently placed in the hall for visitors. On their advice, I ordered a glass of green wine risotto with duck and a little cheese delicacies to the wine. This pleasure cost me only 32 euros, so I left the institution well-fed and... More

As with almost all restaurants in Lisbon are a lot of attention to detail is isolated, and this applies as well as interior decoration of the hall and in all that regards the menu, in other words, very nice and very tasty, prices average around town
