We had dinner here our first night in Lisbon and it may have been the best meal we had over our three day stay. They had given our table away because we were late, but still offered to let us wait and seat us at 9:30. Meanwhile, the host set us up with glasses of sparkling wine and folding chairs... More

This place is in a hidden and small street in Belem. We had an amazing baccalao there for lunch. If you sit beside the window and there's sun outside; prepare to get warm. Lovely food and lovely wine.

We began our meal with the salmon starter which we shared, they brought it out on two separate plates which was a really nice touch. The combination of salmon sashimi with some sort of soy sauce reduction, rocket and lichees was so simple yet absolutely delicious! For the mains, the grouper was tasty, although a bit boring, especially compared to... More

A charming small place when you can have excellent quality for right prices, a very good professional service and a nice choice of wines. Very interesting paintings at walls. All alone it deserves the trip. You'll fall in love with it.

We had had several excellent meals in Lisbon at other restaurants this trip when last night we went to Enoteca de Belem which is right near our hotel (Jeroninos 8). We were blown away with how well-prepared the food was and the suggested wine pairings. It is a lovely, tiny restaurant tucked away in a small alley with almost a... More

This is both a restaurant and a wine bar. We went for dinner so we did not really explore the Enoteca side of the establishment but their food and wine pairing was impressive. We were two and started, respectively with green asparagus with egg and the grilled goat cheese with figs. Both quite wonderful appearing to be simple dishes but due... More

We read the reviews and with the sun attacking us decided to come here for a break and a bite. We shared a 3 course meal which started off with the fig and goat cheese (since they knew we were sharing served them in 2 plates) which was beautiful and followed that with their steak which was perfect (full of... This was our first experience of Portugese food and wine and we were not disappointed. What a great little restaurant in a tiny little side street in Belem. We wandered in an were seated by the bar with 3 other couples the place was almost full. This gave the restaurant a nice homely atmosphere. The waiter had a fantastic knowledge... More
