We spent a good two-three hours at this delightful little restaurant at lunchtime during our visit in Lisbon. The food was excellent, from starters to desert, and the staff was friendly and happy to share their vast knowledge of wine. A place that is highly recommended and seems to be a lot better, quality wise, than all the tourist traps... More

This was the best meal we had in Lisbon. Try the salmon and fig with goat cheese appetizers and ask for a wine pairing. The chocolate cherry dessert was fab as well. Yum!!!

A surprising little restaurant with fantastic dishes. You can feel the dishes are cooked by people who really care what they are doing.

This very small place on a very narrow street....you could miss it easily.....was the best place we ate at during our entire trip to Portugal (from Porto to Lagos)! As someone has said, truly a little gem! The service was excellent, and the food was so delicious we regret not having had the chance to go back. Selection of wine,... More

The surprise is the great quantity of wines that you can order by the glass. Another surprise is the consistency of the food. Somehow creative, but with a correct attitude. The area lacked a restaurant that would be a good option to visit.

This was the perfect place to get away for an early dinner after a long hot day in Belem seeing the sights. It is located on a very quiet street so it is quite a refresher from the crowds. We went at about 6:30 and there were two other couples with kids there as well. My husband and I had... More

Such a wonderful little gem of a restaurant! They really got it right....quality, price, service is top notch. We had the Octopus with sweet potato, the Bacalao with chorizo and the steak. The wines were all 4,5 Euros per glass or 22 per bottle....flat prices with a huge variety to select from! The place is tiny with a maximum of... More

The size doesn't matter. This is a most enjoyable place for an unpretentious, but refined dinner and wines.

Above average restaurant, but not the best in Lisbon, except for the wines that are served in this restaurant. Still somewhat expensive for the food they offer. Service is very friendly, and we enjoyed hospitality. Certainly worth visiting after a day of stumbling through musea, monasteries, and palaces Belem is known for. M. van Leent.

this was our second visit to this restaurant and I have to say it just got better, the food is very well prepared and cooked, you can feel the care and attention that is put into the work. The wine recommendations were just perfect. While some dishes were traditional the little twist really made a huge improvement on the original,... More
