Recommended by our hotel as being a traditional seafood restaurant. Had a nice table inside. The staff are constantly rushing around so the "theatre" of the place looks good. The first courses came in reasonable time and were good, prawn cocktail and seafood soup. My wife had put the last spoonful of the starter in her mouth when the second... More

Firstly, we got recommended a wine that didn't taste much, and that was The best of The list according to The Waiter. Secondly The seafood stew tasted about as much as The wine. And shouldnt The menu state The ingrediences? There was koriander in it, didn't say on The menu. We where recommended this place by our 5 star hotel... More

Looks great, lots of fish in the window and ham being sliced. It's a busy place, and while our waiter had good intentions, service was bad because he was busy with lots of large parties. I had goat, which was tasty, my wife had sole, and we had a crab appetizer recommended by the waiter that was an aquired taste... More

We visited Lisbon last year and after taking a tour of the city asked the guide for a recommendation in the area. Coming here made it all worthwhile, so much so we often thought when we could return. We wanted to see Porto but go via Lisbon and made a plan to have our last dinner here before leaving Lisbon.... More

Good food. Not bad service. When you seat outside it's amazing. It's not a fine dinning experience. It's a place straigt forward were you eat well. No fancy service but eficient.

Was lucky to find this on Travel Advisor. Enjoyed a large pot of clams, 45 were in there, had to count. Definitely a place to eat while in Lisbon. Crowded, but that's usually a good sign.

Very good if you like fish and seafood. Their lobster and squid based dishes are wonderful. What we liked is that the wine menu was huge and it was all portuguese wine. Not even one single wine from France or Italy (not that those aren't good :) )

This was a short walk from our hotel and recommended by the concierge. We sat outside and watched the world go by. This is a busy place serving mainly seafood with enormous fish hanging in the windows. The waiter forgot my salad, forgot my husbands soup. Still, the food was good and there were many locals eating there as well.
