Friendly waiters are awaiting you in "Casa da Mo". After the typical bread appetizer, I chose the octopus, which was delicious. This is the place to try some special food, because they prepare it very well! Excellent place to have dinner!

The restaurant is very quaint with an exposed stone wall. They have a diverse menu but seemed to specialize in fresh fish. They keep all the fish in front window & as people order it, they take it out of the display case. The only downside of fresh fish is that once they're out, you have to make a second... More

After half an hour the only availble waiter came back to tell us one of the dishes selected was not available. We chose another one, which was served without vegetables. After calling waiter upon it, vegetables were microwaved and served tasteless. All 4 dishes arrived cold, very small portions and tasteless. One of the worst.

We've been past this restaurant many times and always thought it looked good, but it was always empty. This time we decided to go in, and were pleased that we did. Friendly staff, good atmosphere, and decent (not fabulous) food. The desert trolley is a nice old-world touch in an modern restaurant. Reasonably priced.

We walked into the restaurant without a booking, there were 6 of us,the waiter soon 'made up' a table for 6. We were made welcome from the minute we walked in, the waiter was very helpful and attentive, he also had a good sense of humour. He went to great trouble to explain the dishes we were looking at and... More

Actually we planned to go to the Cervejaria Ramiro which was fully occupied (note: it was a weekday at half past 7 and the people/tourists were already waiting in a queue outside... you better think twice if you plan to go there without reservation!) and so we stumbled over this restaurant downtown. The features in a nutshell: +_private_ tables: You... More

Loved this place. Food was simple but fresh and delicious. Service was very attentive. Portions are large--good idea to over fewer delicious things and share.

We enjoyed our dinner at Casa da Mo. Our tour director recommended it as someplace that was not a tourist trap. The service was friendly and efficient. The wine was nice and the food was very good. My husband had salmon and I had fetticine with shrimp. The price was very reasonable-- 32E.

We wandered in just before opening time but they welcomed us in and we ate very well. Although the decor is quite modern and artsy, the food is traditionally Portuguese and, on the day we visited, very well done. As we were eating at 7pm, before most locals come out, we were initially on our own before being joined by... More

This restaurant is a pleasant respite from the hundreds of sidewalk places in the central city of Lisbon. Mo was recommended by our tour director for its excellent seafood and it didn't disappoint us when we stopped for a mid day meal. We ordered the meal of the day which was a tasty bream and a generous portion. A complimentary... More
