A lot of restaurants in Lisbon serve similar menus. This is a very small restaurant, which is worth checking out. Although they do not have an outside seating area, which is a slight drawback, their food was very nice. I would definitely recommend it and the prices are so reasonable. Also try desserts which seem to be homemade, and not... More

It is a family restaurant run by a very nice senior couple. Located in a small quiet street, nice atmosphere. The place is greate for romantic couples - we came for a dinner as a couple with a baby. We ordered a vegetarian dish - Omelet with rice and salad. and a beefsteak with salad and fries. Very good and... More

I've been there during my last trip to Portugal and used to dine at this restaurant regularly while living in Lisbon. If you are after simple Portuguese food you should definitively pay a visit to this place. Great choice of fish: salmon (salmão), sea bass (robalo), sea bream(dourada), cherne, all fresh, simply grilled and seasoned but still really tasty. Meat... More

A family restaurant with an excellent cooker D. Celeste. I had a delicious rabbit and my friends grilled sardines. Clean, inexpensive, and located in a calm street. Very typical portuguese restaurant. Five stars in its category.

We came here after a long day in Sintra. We had a bit of trouble finding the place and was about to give up and go somewhere else, but I am so glad that we kept looking because the food here was awesome! We got the grilled pork, grilled squid, and the cheese omelette. All three dishes were good and... More

After dining in a couple other so called restaurant for locals a good friend recommended we try this spot. I had the grilled pork cutlet and it did not disappoint. Mi Amor had a local sausage dish with a fried egg on top that was completely delicious. It's a limited but very fresh menu and a small restaurant off the... More

Service was where they lost the 5th star, like the best restaurants run by and old couple where the wife cooked brilliant food. All the dishes we had were cooked fantastically, hard to find in an area where prices soar, we used trip advisor to find this little gem near Rossio, we will definitely be coming again, maybe could do... Just ate here on 7/16 after reading previous reviews on TA. It is located on a quiet rua right off of a busy one where many tourists dine. We were looking for a mom and pop restaurant serving authentic portuguese dishes at decent prices. This was it. Pop is the server, and mom is the cook in thekitchen. There are... More
