Delicious ¨Arroz de marisco¨

I really recommend going there and tasting the arroz de marisco. It´s only 10€ per person and the quantities are huge. It´s better to reserve a table to avoid the long queues.

We were tired and hungry after a long day of sightseeing. A tour guide recommended Uma as the best place for traditional Arroz con Marioscos (seafood paella). It did not disappoint. The dish was delicious with lots of clams, mussels, white fish and langostinos. We ordered a dish for 4 and there was plenty to go around. A few cervesas... More

Just a few meters away from the beaten path, this restaurant offers genuine portuguese food at very reasonable pricing. If you find there is a line, don't give up to quickly, it is worth the wait.

The older man was very unfriendly to me and other customers and even rude. I had to walk to the waiter at the counter to order something to drink. They charged me for rice but never gave it to me. The worst service I ever encountered. I had gone the day before to a restaurant close by in the same... More

We had made that night's big decision - where to go for dinner. When we got to the restaurant, there was a note saying that they were taking a vacation and would be closed. Darn, what to do now? So we walked down the street, looking into the various places. This one place was really, really small. It was crowded... More

The food si delicious and the portion is abundant. The waiter and the older man which I guess is the owner are very unfriendly and unprofessional. Not helpful and pretty much annoying.

UMA has definitely given me one of the best plates i have eaten in LISBON, however the waiter (which i presume is the owner) was quite unfriendly and made it difficult for us to feel welcome. Nevertheless the rice was abundant and delicious especially paired with some Vinho Verde!

The restaurant is small, so it is better to have an earlier lunch. The service is slow as there is only one old waiter serving the food but the food especially the shellfish rich was the too fantastic to overcome all the shortcomings of this restaurant. The price is very cheap and affordable compare to the quality and the quantity... More

Amazing food at restaurant Uma, totally recomend the seafood rice, to die for. The owner is a bit grumpy but we think it even makes the place more interesting

Our friend took us to this little resto when we visited Lisbon. The rice plate is super good, portions are big and the prices excellent. The waiting could improve but since it is a family business it's forgiven :) Remember to book as the place is central and small.
