Yet another good tip from TA. Pleasant, helpful, English-speaking staff, who served excellent local dishes, and served good wine.

We had a very enjoyable dinner at Sacramento. The food was unusual and of a great quality, combining class Portuguese cuisine with a modern twist. Our waiter was fantastic, offering us a bottle of wine that wasn't on the menu because he thought we'd particularly enjoy it. The atmosphere was good without it being too noisy, and I loved the... Was recommended by Reception at Internacional Design Hotel and could not have been better. Staff were extremely attentive, the bread (olive oil & guacamole) was as fresh as if it was straight from the oven. Main, wine all worked brilliantly. Well worth a visit if only for the interior decor itself.

Enjoyed dinner here w a family of 4. Our waiter (wish I could remember his name!) was outstanding. Prompt, polite, professional service by all staff. Atmosphere can not be beat as building dates back to 1400's. Very pleasant memorable experience!! Would return and definitely recommend to others. ** Best vodka/tonic w cucumber in Europe!

Very busy restaurant, but good food. Perhaps a touch "too" busy if that makes sense, but service was excellent - especially as I really couldn't stomach the strong cheese with my steak. They happily sorted it out and reserved it with a pepper sauce. Personally I prefer smaller places, but certainly a good restaurant.

A tour guide recommended this restaurant. They serve modern dishes that reference the Portuguese classics - primarily seafood. We ate there twice and enjoyed both meals. There are different levels, and a bar though we ate both times in the main room. The staff was very helpful and quite attentive.

I had the octopus, which is a complete octopus with spinach. It was wonderful, although I could not eat the whole thing even though I had shared a light appetizer with my husband. And, importantly, it is open on Sunday night. But reservations are definitely required.

Sacramento is impressive when you walk in. The atmosphere is inviting and enticing, and you get the impression that it's not all smoke and mirrors - this is a professional establishment. We were given a friendly greeting, and found the service to be doating and conscientious. My tuna was outstanding, but the Seafood Rice dish my parents ordered was overcooked... More
