Fun place

The restaurant is very very small, so all tables are very close to each other. The owner and wife are right there, in the kitchen. The owner, Tiago, is a nice man. He suggested us what to eat and is very proud of his kitchen. It is definitely an interesting place to fo in Lisbon. And the food is... read more

If someone tells you Portuguese are melancholic, do not believe them! This small restaurant, run by a small staff (I think they are a family) is a proof of the welcoming, open, and positive mood you can breath in Lisbon. The food is amazing, traditional, so tasty, and cheap. We pay less than 10 euros for a plate of fresh... More

The very small, family restaurant serving excellent traditional Lisbon food - especially fish and sea fruits. Very pleasant service.

We were highly recommended to this tiny family restaurant, on arrival there was a baking tray of fish on a chair at the entrance to the restaurant, they were not covered or left in ice, a pool of fish blood was sitting underneath them and it was incredibly off putting. We decided immediately to not have fish. We ordered a... More

The chef is a real master. The fish was flavorful and well prepared. I was reccomended this restaurent and it is a real nice place. I was surprised by chocolate cake. It was one of the best I've ever eaten.

Excellent grilled fish. Nice atmosphere. Also many local people eating there. Mostly meals for two people. So if you are travelling alone, maybe not the best place to go.

I really liked this small restaurant well located in Bairro Alto. The food is homemade style and is pretty good, the prices are honest and the portions are big (is one portion for two).

We went here because of a friend's recommendation. First we nearly passed the place, because it's just a tiny room at a corner in the middle of chiado.. but looking for it is truly worth it! The smaller the place, the bigger the portions. Everything comes in portions of two, so you better agree with your companion ;) We ordered... More
