We had dinner here and the athmosphere is good, tapas were dissapointing. The cheviche was way too spicy, the peppers were made in too much vinigar, ... The two waiters were very friendly, however the woman (I think the boss) was extremely unpleasant. Not to be recommended...

Before dinner the seatings on the stairs of Tapas 28 caught our eye. We didn't bother to read some online reviews for once... and we regretted it instantly one hour later. We ordered some tapas (a variation of rolls) and some red wine. We were presented by a plate with some bread and toppings. The wine was okay and the... More

We found this restaurant down a side street. After waiting inside for quite some time as the woman on the front did not realise we were willing to sit inside or out, we received excellent service from the waiter who served us. We had to wait a while to be seated, but were not disappointed with the food. The price... More

Price-to-quality ratio is very bad! Plates are very small (tapas) for big prices. Food is not tasty! Starters (2 small sandwiches, few olives and small cream-sauce) were given us at welcoming... But eventually it occurred to cost about 10 euro for these starters... First time in my life I did't give tips to waiters. Disgusting place! I don't advice anyone... More

Don't be fool by the trendy location - food is ordinary and WAY over-priced. Really a tourist trap (to say the least)

Great spot in the heart of the Barrio if you're looking for late night eats. Staff was very helpful, service was fast and enjoyed the ambiance. Fun spot to have drinks and people watch as well.

This place caught our eye for the seating available on the street steps and the delicious smell of smokey tapas. A great place for people watching and appreciating passing buskers.

Try it for yourselves...! The menu is so extensive we went twice during our stay in Lisbon. The atmosphere sat outside whether on cushions on the steps or the little tables is very relaxed. I would recommend the chorizo tortilla and the garlic mushrooms.

Very disappointing, looked promising and was a pleasant place to sit outside, but that was as good as it got. Food was so poor there were dishes we didn't finish, and we still left hungry... Expensive too.
