Great good, good service! Piglet is must have! Average price. I couldn't say anything bad about it...
Very good selection of food, especially sea food was perfect. The service was very quick although we were 10 people at the table.
We ordered 3 different meals and all were generous serves. Quality was good as was the service. Not a place for a romantic meal as you are packed in pretty close to each other. Only place we ate in Lisbon that the beer came in a chilled glass. Cost was 68 Euro for 4 mains, 3 wines a beer a... More
My boyfriend and I had lunch at Va e volte our last day of the Lisbon-holiday. In the middle of the day this is a nice, quiet restaurant with tables outside in the narrow Bairro Alto-street. The service was ok, not very friendly, but they served us what we ordered and was always available. The Va e Volte-salad was very... More

We dined there on two successive nights. Service was excellent, The menu was varied and typically Portugese and the wine was excellent. Prices were quite acceptable and the value for money made you forget you were sitting on a backstreet pavement.

Main was squid that looked alive, but had clearly been cooked in boiling butter for about 40 minutes. I could tell because it arrived in... More

For some reason my friends chose to go here two times because of its approximity to all the bars located there but I was not too thrilled in both cases. The first time I asked for the seafood rice but it was like an overly cooked soup rather than a... More
We had lunch here twice, in Bairo Alto. The food was good and reasonably priced. My husband can't have gluten, so we ordered a variety of appetizers, and shared, and it was great. Good services
