Little gem

Very little urban restaurant. the food was excellent. The service was too slow. We had to wait a lot to get our food. But it was delicious.

Besides, travelling with friends I also had the chance to taste other dishes on the menu and all where extremely good. The staff is friendly but professional and the restaurant has a good location in the Bairro Alto..what... More

We came here by accident and were pleasantly surprised by this nice, small and cosy restaurant. The service is so friendly and attentive. Everyone smiles and is so friendly even though the restaurant was fully booked. They (and especially the waittress with the lovely curls) tried to please everyone and give everyone a nice table. During our stay we came... More

We knew nothing about this restaurant before eating there, and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and attentive, the ambiance was warm and welcoming. The restaurant was busy and buzzing and the service was calm and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our food which was fresh and appetising with a rustic twist, the portions were generous. The waiter took... More

We waited well over an hour for our meal, had to ask for more bread we were so hungry! It finally came, and was luke warm, burnt, greasy and no cod to be seen! Ordered the Baccalau- meant to be cod, potatoes, egg and parsley. It was only onions and potatoes and totally tasteless. I ate less than half and... More

Yes, this might look like one of those decent places that's in between the other tourist traps. Actually this one is just as bad as the others. You are offered the cheese plate with bread, but don't be fooled as you pay the astonishing amount of 12,- (7,50 for cheese + some for bread and butter) for this later on.... More

The meal here was ok, nothing special, and as others have stated, watch out for the 'non complimentary cheese and bread" €8!!
