Tried 3 days to call for reservation and nobody pocks up, so got there as soon as it opens, it was empty but they would not take us without reservations. Disrespectful! Fix your system!

Traditional Portuguese food in a great ambiance, I have had the best roasted veal in a wood-fire oven of my life. If you visit Fátima it is the place to go for lunch or dinner. This is how a restaurant should be, not many options...but all of them are excellent. Please note that you need to make a reservation in advance.More

This restaurant has a limited menu, but everything on it it’s very good, the rice with duck is excellent, the bake Bacalao is unique, lots of Portugues vine to chose from. The place is a second generation family Bussines, atended by the two siblings of...the woman who started the business on 1988. A musk when you visit Fatima, or 1 hr from Lisbon. Five starMore

On the top of its league, along with a small group of competitors. Traditional yet refined cuisine in a nice atmosphere. You should not pretend to know the best Portuguese cuisine before trying Tia Alice. It deserves the journey (book in advance)

We called the restaurant a few times to book a table. They never picked up the phone. We then decided to go there and try our luck. They didn’t seem be very pleased to see walk-ins. Didn’t work either as they seemed to be fully...booked. We politely asked them if we could take away (which they promote on their site). That’s when they became rude and obnoxious. The waitress/maitre d’ raised her voice and pushed me out of the restaurant. Can’t comment on the food but the service is terrible.More

Impressive restaurant. Impeccable service, great wine and amazing food. Don’t quite remember last time I had duck rice and baked cod fish like this. Don’t eat to much because the desert is amazing.

VERY good food, however, the servers were incredibly slow and constantly ignored us, plus the tables were packed together which isn’t good for social distancing. Nonetheless, if you can get over these minor inconveniences this is the best restaurant in Fatima! Try the duck rice...it’s AMAZE <3More

Do not miss a chance to have lunch or dinner. You have to book well in advance. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the staff is amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. The “bacalhau” is a MUST. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

What a lovey experience. Really beautiful restraint, walls made with rocks, it is a mix of old and new ages. Amazing food, few options, but the codfish was really great. Service is ok, only 2 people to attend all the tables, so service could be...a little better, but it is not a problem for us.More

We really liked the restaurant, it is very charming, the starters were great (we chose the ham and the cheese). For the main dish we choose one of the specialties of the house - Cod with Shrimp, very tasty, and we ended up perfectly with...a conventual cake. However, it was very disappointing the lack of sympathy of the employee who received us, who did not seem to be of Portuguese nationality, who, even with a mask, was notorious for her lack of patience and empathy with people that arrive to have dinner. The waiter service doesn’t accompany the kitchen service, and this is just not enough to retain customers. I return to places where I feel good, and that was not the case, although the food was very delicious.More
