The best meal we had in Cascais. We had a couvert of bread with parma ham which was carved in the restaurant. We love seafood, I had the crab, my husband had the cataplana (seafood stew) and it was over flowing with fish. My son had the smoked salmon followed by the clams and prawns in pasta, all... read more

After a spot of shopping in cascais decided to eat out main meal of the day here following recommendation of our hotel for being good food at a good price. Food Cured meat and bread for starters were good (but 17eu for some ham altho v good!!) Steaks are a good choice to go for with lots of flavoured sauce... More

Had grilled sardines and was not disappointed. Not something to write home about, but definitely well cooked, tasty and fresh. I wasn't naive enough to think the cheese, bread and water was free - others need to engage brain a little bit! I enjoyed my meal and would go back again.

One of the best cheap rsstaurants in Cascais. Main customers are the tourists but the level of service, quality of food, waiters are excellent. If you will be their you need to try Bachalao a Bras - typical Portuguese dish, cod fish with eggs and French fries.

Ordered steak and a seafood salad for dinner. Salad was soggy and really off putting. Steak was ordered as medium but arrived rare. Complained and the salad was taken off the bill. Won't be back

The only good thing was the wine. At best mediocre. Asparagus tinned. Shellfish soup too salty to eat. They bring ham and cheese which they don't say you have to pay for so you feel ripped off from the start. Do not do it. Better places in Cascais. Oh and service really bad too

The food and service were fantastic at this restaurant, however the waiter brought bread, cheese and ham and placed them on the table as soon as we were seated. We were mislead to believing these were complimentary as we had not asked for them. We then ordered our meal which we enjoyed and when we got out bill, we noticed... More

We were recommended by a couple at our hotel. Although it looked a bit touristy, we had the fish of the day. This was a large sea bream with vegetables. It was boned and opened out and tasted delicious. It was very reasonably priced, as was the house wine. We were most surprised and it was well worth another visit.

We took one look at this restaurant and decided to eat there, its so quaint and cosy. We were seated at once and the waitor brought us bread and butter almost before our butts touched the chairs. There was some communication problems upon ordering, as neither of us got exactly what we ordered, I got regular shrimps instead of garlic... More
