We were a group of 13. Everything we ate was fantastic: tiger prawns, clams, rice dishes, fish in salt crust. Good wine and the service superb. Hard to choose what to eat bcs everything on the menu looks enticing. A place to revisit again and again!!!

Everything was very good, fresh and well made, and the service impecable. We had the gambas tigre ao churrasco and carabineros a la plancha as starters, and the robalo a portuguesa as the main dish. Simply perfect. And there is a nice view of the sea, near Praia do Guincho.

Great fish restaurant near the ocean where fish is fresh, staff is friendly, sight is more than OK. We loved it!

I come to this restaurant at least once every 2 weeks. That may not sound like much, but I've been doing it for years, so I've been here a lot. I can safely assure you that when you come here, you get some of the best food on this side of Portugal. This is primarily a seafood restaurant, so when... More

I have been several times to the restaurant. The food is very good and it's located in a very nice place. The only more negative point was the service. Though everything is done very "according to the book and etiquette" there is some lack of enthusiasm or even smile to the customer. If that alone is tackled, the overall experience... More

This restaurant is the ideal place for celebrating a special occasion. Its great view is the perfect ambiente for a nice lunch or dinner. Faroleiro offers one of the best Mariscos in this area and is known for its quality sea food combined with traditional Portuguese cuisine.

This restaurant is situated along the Estrada do Guincho very close to the ocean. The view from this restaurant is stunning. At arrival you can choose the food you want out of a wonderful display of available fish. We had crab for starters and sea bass for our main meal and it was excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful.... More

We made a reservation for 3PM. Arrived at 2:45PM and the table was ready in the best spot of the restaurant. We were convinced by a nice waiter to try the "robalo" Portuguese style not the usual fish in salt crust or in bread. He was right, the fish was baked with potatoes, onions and a very nice sauce probably... More

Nice view on the sea during lunch or in summer time, close to Guincho. Outsider summer season there are not a lot of custodes, so you get maximum service, but it is not a really romantic place. The Robalho in salt is amazing, you should definitely try that.
