I come to this restaurant at least once every 2 weeks. That may not sound like much, but I've been doing it for years, so I've been here a lot. I can safely assure you that when you come here, you get some of the best food on this side of Portugal. This is primarily a seafood restaurant, so when... More

I have been several times to the restaurant. The food is very good and it's located in a very nice place. The only more negative point was the service. Though everything is done very "according to the book and etiquette" there is some lack of enthusiasm or even smile to the customer. If that alone is tackled, the overall experience... More

This restaurant is the ideal place for celebrating a special occasion. Its great view is the perfect ambiente for a nice lunch or dinner. Faroleiro offers one of the best Mariscos in this area and is known for its quality sea food combined with traditional Portuguese cuisine.

This restaurant is situated along the Estrada do Guincho very close to the ocean. The view from this restaurant is stunning. At arrival you can choose the food you want out of a wonderful display of available fish. We had crab for starters and sea bass for our main meal and it was excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful.... More

We made a reservation for 3PM. Arrived at 2:45PM and the table was ready in the best spot of the restaurant. We were convinced by a nice waiter to try the "robalo" Portuguese style not the usual fish in salt crust or in bread. He was right, the fish was baked with potatoes, onions and a very nice sauce probably... More

Nice view on the sea during lunch or in summer time, close to Guincho. Outsider summer season there are not a lot of custodes, so you get maximum service, but it is not a really romantic place. The Robalho in salt is amazing, you should definitely try that.

Service and food very nice here. Ocean view is spectacular - quality of fresh seafood amazing. It's a bit pricey, but the view alone makes it all worthwhile!

Not only is three a nice view, but the service and the food are excellent. We were a group of 7 golfers just looking for a quick meal and were surprised by the quality and freshness of the fish selection. The place has been a classic for many years and hasn't really changed. We did not order any starters, but... More

Lovely setting overlooking the ocean and food to match. The group had sea bass and sole and everyone was very pleased with the quality of the food.
