I've known this place since 2008. I used to love it for its unique location and tremendous seafood value for money. This place is all about the views and eating quality fish. But it has become VERY overpriced for the level of service and the food, and they always charge a fortune for bread and butter and olives which you... More

Once walking into the restaurant the atmosphere wasn't great or the inability to display the main menu in English, no music playing for example. The prawn cocktail was around 5 bland tasting small prawns which did not taste fresh in the slightest, a small amount of lettuce and a dollop of mayo a complete rip-off for 12 euros. Also thought... the place is amazing, the food outstanding, what more can you expect? after a few months in Estoril I would definitively recommend it as my best favorite place. It is not the cheapest one but for a face to face, a romantic or a business lunch don´t hesitate....this will be the place.

The famous caldeirada na cataplana for two persons tasted again very good. This time the service was perfect and friendly, when we asked about "percebes"/barnacles which are well known in the region of Guincho, we got some offered to taste and the nice waiter showed us how to eat those "unknown goodies". During our dinner we could enjoy the relaxed... More

We had a fish stew (45 euros for 2 ppl) and mussels (13 euros pp) which were well prepared and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. But he most impressive was the location: I had the feeling we were sitting In the sea, not at sea! Worth going- the drinks are relatively pricy though.

It is one of my favourite restaurants. Excellent food, great service... And with a very good wine choice. If possible have dinner at a early hour so you can enjoy the sunset. Yes you must go with your soul mate to make it a romantic experience.

Went to Furnas Do Guincho for lunch and enjoyed the stylish outdoor dining and seaside location. Overall food was average as was service. Go for the view and atmosphere, but had better quality at local tavernas.

The seafood is fresh and beautifully prepared. The service is fair considering but this was the busy season. The views and setting are very nice. The prices are on the high side but it is a very nice experience.

Last time I ask the hotel to recommend a restaurant and still go to it although not on the top Tripadvisor list, the place is very nice, the people extremely nice, the ocean view is there, but the food, really Mc Donald is better. Really time to change your cook!

Went for dinner on a Friday night. A fantastic meal, great service and good atmosphere. We had the fish soup and mussels for starter followed by prawn & squid skewers and monkfish & prawn skewers. Absolutely fantastic.
