In deed our best experience in Ponta Delgada. Really tasty food, great service and nice prices! Very fresh fish

There's always fresh fish and homemade deserts. Must try "telha mista", a mix of fish cooked in a clay roof tile, amazing! Best value, quality food at great prices. Very nice service.

It was one of the best meals we had. The fresh fish was amazing and at great prices. The ingredients were fresh and very well cooked. All the desserts are homemade, we had pinneaple pudding and it was delicious. Good service and nice casual atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Fresh fish and excellent service. Highly preferred by locals. The only negatives are that it is a bit stuffy with no daylight coming in. If you want to try the bacalhau here, be prepared as it is a super salty dish. The cod isn't fresh and is salted to be preserved.

This restaurant was recommended by the guy from the car rental company. It is very inexpensive if you order from the daily specials menu (5-7 euros) otherwise the prices are typical of Ponta Delgada. My wife and I both ordered swordfish and it was fresh and delicious. It was accompanied by rice and a fresh salad. The wait staff was... More

This place was a bit out of the way and took us a while to get too but was completely worth it. The mixed grill was awesome and had a lot of flavor. There were squid, prawns, swordfish, tuna and shark (maybe more). It all came out in red clay roof tile, which was a unique presentation. We really enjoyed... More

When you consider the cost of the food its absolutely one of the best value restaurants in town. Not bad for meat but really shines in fish or seafood. Best to make reservations in weekends. Atmosphere a bit loud but friendly and casual.

My wife and I are escaping the harsh Canadian winter by spending 4 months on the lovely island of Sao Miguel. My wife is Portuguese and a true cook. I love food. Anyways, we are sampling as many restaurants as possible in Ponta Delgada and elsewhere on the island. There was nothing spectacular here at Casa Marisca. We had ‘polvo... More

Restauant is popular to the locals, and provides the experience of a true Azorian restaurant. Decore is very plesant, and staff are very coutious. We had the cataplana and were disappointed. Would suggest something else.

We had two dinners here. It seems to be very popular with the locals as there were a lot of take-out orders. Their fish was fresh and nicely prepared. You can pick your fish for the dinner from the cooler at the front of the restaurant . My white wine was 2E per full glass. The meal was well priced... More
