The Piri Piri chicken put a smile on Magic Dave's face. A lovely little restaurant which had an array of tasty dishes. Healthy sized portions with a friendly waiter. Would go back for sure :)

We enjoyed a great swordfish at moderate price. Although the restaurant has a quite rustic atmosphere and staff is not very talkative, great place to have a delicious local meal.

We were in Sagres for several days. We tried most of the top recomended restaurants in sagres. And "A Grelha" we consider the best. The choice in the menu is limited, but everything is fantastic! Always look at the Plate de Jour - best things are there. Good choice of wine. The athmosphere is outstanding - you feeel like you... More

A different way of preparing local produce at a reasonable price. Recommend monkfish and prawns with okra. Great atmosphere

We liked the small casual Portuguese look of the restaurant and the menu, then spotted a Trip Advisor award of excellent in the window, so we went in. The decor was simple and clean. Wooden tables and about 40 chairs. There was just one other couple at 3:00 pm. Service was quick, but casual. We ordered monkfish Portuguese style (in... More

Loved the curried prawn dish. Owner catered for a large group and the food and service was so good we went back again!

I did not like. The service, friendliness and worst of all the food were weak. The day I went the ATM was out of service and continued the following days that I passed near by. In a scale from 0 to 10, I give 1.

We absolutely loved A grelha! The bacalhau was fantastic, bu they also serve delicious thai versions of portuguese recipes. Very friendly staff. It's at the end of the main street in Sagres after a lot of other seafood restaurants, so it's a bit more difficult to spot, but totally worth it!

Have the salted cod fish with chips-best thing we tasted in Sagres. Lovely quaint spot. Book as we saw lots of people being turned away.
