Went to Meu Limao with our two children. Great tapas, staff were really helpful and friendly. Really fab location, opposite Santa Antonio church - lots to see. Humous and calamari were particularly good - would like to have visited more than once.

Situated next to the 'Gold Church' this nice little restaurant is great for sharing a few Tapas, with a glass of wine or freezing cold beer just idly watching the world go by. My girlfriend visited this place 3 times during our August Holiday, trying different dishes each time, some of the dishes are quite large, such as Vegetable Chilli... More

Don't order like you would at home. The portion sizes are huge, we ordered 4 dishes each and ended up taking some home it was just far too much to eat in one sitting. The cod fish is just exquisite - can't think of anything negative about the place.

Friendly place by the church. We had the Tapas and everything was really good and at a good price. The garlic shrimps, fried sardines, chicken piri piri, lentils were highly appreciated by the whole family. Nice staff and relaxed atmosphere.

We were on a day trip from Carvoeiro and looking for a relatively cheap place to eat at lunchtime when we stumbled across this little place near the cathedral. We love tapas and sadly Carvoeiro is lacking in tapas bars so we were pleased to find this. We tried the spinach and chick pea, houmous and pitta, potato bravas and... More

Being a bit of a fussy eater, I am sometimes warey of tapas. However this restaurant was lovely. We had a range of dishes to share between tow of us, and all of it was lovely (especially the hummus!). Would reccommend to anyone as there is a good choice. Not fancy or ott, but good food for a variety of... More

We were fancying Tapas so tried this restaurant as nice location and not too far from our hotel. A very breezy spot and changed tables a couple of times to get out of the wind. Service was good, but the tapas a bit uninspiring, Piri Piri chicken good though. Had to leave and take rest of our bottle of wine... More

We called here after finding it on free maps which recommends various places to eat and visit in the area. It is located slightly away from the centre and has seating in and outside. The first time we called we were outside up a side street and it was uneven, the second time we were outside at the front which... More

We were looking forward to some nice tapas. Unfortunately they turned out dissapointing. Overall the food was below average, it felt like a total lack of inspiration and interest. We had the mixed bruschetta. Just 3 pieces of bread, one with tomatoes, one with a slice of ham and one with a peppers mix. The last one was just a... More
