My husband, our 19 year old son and I were very impressed with the quality of food and the pretty and elegant environs of this restaurant, our best dining out experience during our ten day visit to Bergau. A particular mention for the perch dish, which was the best cooked fish we have eaten so far. We are sad that... More

Take a map and compass, or better still a taxi, to find this place! Well worth the effort. Every dish was just beautiful, delicious and frankly brilliant! Lovely place, great service, relatively pricey but worth every Euro Cent!

So impressed first time around that we booked again. Both meals were excellent so it isn't fair to compare but the peppered steak and the king prawns were both stunning, mind you so was the perch. Perhaps better to eat indoors as the evenings are a bit chilly by the time it's time for dessert.

Really good restaurant, nice short menu with interesting flavours and lots of fish, meat and veg options. Amazing service- even made us a cheese board ( was delicious). Not the cheapest restaurant in town but really good value. Worth the trip out of town.

I ate here with my Wife, Stepson and to young kids and we had a excellent meal. The service was a little slow but without the kids that would have been perfect. Some unusual flavour combination on the menu but the 3 adults starters and mains they all worked. I would try and be very hungry as the portions were... More

I have been here twice in the last two weeks. Once with a group of friends and once with my family. On both occasions the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The perch main course is one of the best fish dishes I have tasted. Sitting outside is particularly lovely at this time of year. It is a... More

I've been to this restaurant several times now with my family and it has been consistently great. The atmosphere is lovely, particularly outside in the courtyard/garden area, the service excellent and most importantly the food is great. The portions are massive considering the quality and flavour of the food. I have previously had the loin of lamb with a cherry... More

I really wanted to fall in love with this place and for it to be my family's new favourite haunt in the Algarve. A couple of friends had eaten there in the past and had enjoyed it. And much of what they do is fantastic. The setting is great, outside eating area is fantastic (blankets for the knees are thoughtfully... More

Really enjoyed our visit here. The seafood soup was very very nice. We sat outside and although it was a little chilly there were blankets on the back of the chairs. Nice staff and reasonably prices.
