We have lunched here. It is a nice restaurant in the old town of Faro. The food is good and cheap. And the service is good as well. The house wine (both red and white) tasted very good. And the view on the cathedral and the square in front of it is stunning.

Waiter was witty and entertaining.... however all the food we had felt like it was pre-prepared... who wants fridge cold battered sardines. The porc steak was an overcooked escalop. Best meal of the night was a child's pasta and chopped tomato sauce. Really I doubt anyone ever returns here.

Been there for little lunch and it was very good. The seafood was fresh and the menu seems to be adopted daily to availability. The staff was very nice and friendly, although the only single waiter seemed a bit overloaded. Nevertheless worth a lunch visit, a bg plus is the location.

It's a quirky place right next to the cathedral. Inside they have 3 or 4 seating areas, and I image there's outdoor dining in the summer months. They have a very large menu but not all of the dishes will be available every night. What's great about it though is that they have half portions of many dishes - I... More

We spent our last evening in portugal in this lovely restaurant. Waiter daniel was very funny and helpfull. Although there was no menu for kids the chef proposed a small dish for the youngest one (age 4). So everyone happy. Good wine, nice food and happy children.

A really lovely meal in a comfortable and quiet restaurant by the Cathedral. The waiter Daniel was friendly, courteous and great fun. Background music lovely and food very good. Prices great - mostly €8-€12 for a main course, with the option to try smaller plates tapas style. Will certainly return if in Faro again.

Found this Restaurant , one of the few open, within the old town on a wet and cold February evening. Surprisingly modestly priced menu for this area which suited all. One of the dishes served (chicken) was quite cold but replaced immediately. The plates were unfortunately cold. Red wines offered were superb although cold and not at room temperature. These... More

A small restuarant with a relaxed atmosphere, playing good music (quitely). We were well looked after during our meals, we went for lunch one day and dinner another. Plenty of choice on the menu, or just something cooked to your own request.

I lunched with friends while visiting on holiday. We were greeted by a friendly Hello from Daniel who waited on our table. Although he was very busy, he took the time to explain the menu and a rapport was set up between us. His English was very good and he had a good sense of humour. The menu was varied... More
