Fab Food & Excellent Service

We ate here on our 1st night in Albufeira. The staff remembered us from last year which was a nice welcome and we were offered to sit where we liked inside our out. We chose to eat inside and ordered Garlic Bread with Cheese & Bruchetta to start and Chicken with Mushrooms and Lamb Shanks for main... read more

We stopped at this place for cappuccinos. After a bit of a wait, we were served a disgusting watered-down brew at EUR 2.80 per cup. A veritable rock-bottom experience.

The food is excellent and presented like a high end restaurant, without the high end prices. Good value for money with excellent service from friendly staff. Lots of restaurants in the area but don't walk past this one it's well worth giving a go.

For a friend´s birthday the Chef organized a special gourmet menu that absolutly delighted us... the food is fab, the staff super nice, the menu quite good and affordable, the restaurant itself is spacious inside, with a clean deco and outside simply great. Located in the old town is sincerely great and easy to move around walking or by taxi.... More

After wandering around the 'Old Town' part of Albufeira looking for a good standard restaurant on the last night of our stay, my partner and I came across the Bailote restaurant just set back on a lane behind the busier area. The lady outside allowed us to look at the menu without being overbearing and just pointed out some key... More

Some customers experiences of this restaurant are obviously good judging by the reviews, mine was rather poor! Alarm bells should ring for the owners when you see the percentage of people who rate this restaurant terrible or poor that something is wrong! The look of the restaurant was good and inviting and the lady touting for business outside was very... More

Very friendly staff, really look after you, especially Luba. The chef's Tapas was gorgeous, seafood, goats cheese with honey and nuts, spicy chicken wings. It is different each time and yummy reasonably priced as a lunch time special at 9 euros, drinks were reasonable too. It is further back in the old town and not as frantic as the bars... More

we ate here on our first night due to the friendliness of the staff and the genuine explanation of their menu. We loved it so much we came back again for our penultimate meal. The steak on a stone is the best I have ever had in the Old Town and my husband couldn't look more happy if he tried... More

Another good find, you must find it ! on tunnel street leading from/into beach, 5 mins walk from tunnel itself, eat her 2 nights, as first night so good, considering how many restaurants around, not many can beat here, on our second visit they even had a live band with a girl singer quartet Portuguese style, ( very pleasant )...
