Real portuguese food with a little French mixed in. The french owner runs the place and will greet you at the door and bring you to your table. Popular with locals so reservations or early dining advised (arrive about 7:30pm or get shut out). AC seems to not work well and the kitchen is very close so can get pretty... More

The owner makes the atmosphere so nice and friendly. The best Migas I have ever had. Hounouring the Portuguese food, the pork, the cod and the wine are really good.

I went in 8 p.m There are not outside, just 7~8 tables set up. And narrow, humid(because of the kitchen inside), stuffy. I ordered beef with garlic and cream with wine. Foods are local but not special comparing with the price. If u want fresh air and outside, Dont try!

This place is a bit off the main tracks, in a small alley but also very easy to find when consulting the map. Nice cod or beef (especially the one served with garlic and peppers). Expect a bit higher prices than average, worth it.

Tucked down a small side street, this charming little restaurant was just what we were looking for. Our waiter helped us navigate the menu even though at this stage of our travel we probably only knew about 4 Portuguese words. The wine was the most expensive part of our dinner (19 Euro) but it was excellent. The grilled lamb chops... More

The locale is quite dark. Service was friendly. But my oven-baked bacalao 'San Luis' style was dry, drenched in fat and really not so tasty. . Perhaps I just chose the wrong dish - or the cook had a bad day - but we were a bit disappointed...

A small charming restaurant owned by a lovely couple. I had such a delicious dinner for a good price. I would definitely visit this place again. Highly recommend.

The lamb chops were delicious, the mushrooms in garlic are not to be missed. We had planned to go to another restaurant but when we got there the owner said they were closed for vacation, told us about this place, was off the beaten track for sure. We had a fabulous lunch with cold beer, ate all the stuff they... More

Our hotel receptionist recommended this place to us so we took a walk past it during the day and weren't that impressed by its location or sparse exterior but decided to taker the receptionist at her word so returned later that evening and I am very glad that we did. You know you are at a good place when the... More

We had a nice diner in this local restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy. The couple who runs the restaurant do their best, though they're not over-friendly. The traditional steak with coffee sauce was excellent. The wine was nice. The price/quality ratio was good. We had a pleasant evening.
