Every detail perfect

The place is amazing, the food is more amazing, the service exceptional. Every minute in the restaurant is a pleasure. The first surprise were the fresh cooked crisps, never had before. We had the best bacalhau a bras in Portugal, and believe it we had tried everywhere. We also had the veil and... read more

We were prepared for what to expect at the tiny "snack bar" of Botequim da Mouraria and arrived at 6:00pm to line up for the 7:00pm opening. On a cold, rainy Monday evening that still made us 4 & 5 in the lineup for the 10-12 seats at the bar in this tiny and charming place. We saw Domingos arrive... More

This is the kind of place you remember years after you ate there. It's a very small place and you'll be lucky to get a seat. The host / chef / waiter obviously loves choosing the food and wine he serves in his restaurant - and he only picks the best. It is a real pleasure to see him prepare... More

This restaurant has 9 seats total and takes no reservations but if you can get in you'll have a great experience. They have spectacular food and wine and an extraordinary talented owner/server/sommelier, and bon vivant. I had the veal and my wife had the sea bass and they were perfect.

This superb bistro is just awesome. The wine was the best we had in Portugal during a 9-days journey and the food's quality, taste and harmony was just marvellous. The ingredients and wines come mostly from the region. You can rely on the suggestions of the friendly owner-chef, whose English is rather limited but he still manages to communicate with... More

One of the best restaurants in Portugal , the food it's very good and characteristic from the area, follow the instructions of the owner, he only offers the best he have. The only problem it's that it's a very small restaurant and the don't accept reservations you have to go early and it's it's full wait because maybe this will... More

The location is easily found on the most popular search engine maps. This 10 place/pax restaurante is a great place to eat at when visiting Evora. The owner and his small kitchen, with one staff, stand mere feet away from you as they prepare and serve local and regional dishes. Yes, this place is small and intimate, and that may... More

This is a really good restaurant. Not just because the food is very well prepared but also because the products used are best quality. The owner is the one who serves you and he is very good at it.
