A very stylish place to eat and real quality food.

In all honesty we booked here because it featured in the film "In Bruges" and we thought it looked really cool. On arrival we were greeted and allowed to choose a table ( it was very quiet). The menu was a very interesting mix of foods and I chose soup and rabbit stew, my wife chose the tuna and... read more

We arrived at 8pm having been hassled by email that we HAD to arrive on time. Put in our seats. Not offered menu. Found out that we HAD to have set menu. I wanted a la carte. I would not have booked if I had known it was a set menu with one starter, two main courses and one dessert.... More

Charming hotel with some interesting history. Referred from our hotel and were delighted in the unique building with a lovely restaurant. It was a little difficult to find in the dark with a map-I would recommend finding it during the day so that a night it will be familiar. We enjoyed rabbit stew that was excellent, with vegetables and prunes.... More

A small group went there on a Monday evening at the suggestion of one of our co-workers who lives in the area. The atmosphere is old school, lots of dark wood and dark floors. Service was excellent and the food was very good. The fish soup starter could be a meal in itself. Good wine list.

What a disaster! I made a reservation for New Years Eve, luckily had the confirmation to hand because when we got to the restaurant at the booked time they did not have our reservation! A table was found for us in the restaurant upstairs but from that time things went from bad to worse. We were absolutely forgotten, we had... More

A very nice place to have a special dinner. You should reserve a table in advance as it is quite booked. I ordered meat which was excellent, definitely a very good place to be. The interior design is fantastic, a mixture of romantic and modern.

Spent much of December in Belgium, and always make a point of hitting this restaurant. Made reservations about two months ahead of time, and our Christmas dinner was again a winner. The setting is beautiful, both inside and out. The closeness to the North Sea makes seafood a good choice (I had scallops). Staff was attentive and very friendly (we... More

As a party of 4 we made an on line booking directly with the restaurant for lunch on New Years Day for 2.30pm. This was accepted and confirmed by the restaurant. So we were therefore rather surprised when on our arrival we were informed that we would not be able to order a starter as the kitchen was closing at... More

We have been to cafedraal a couple of times before and had rated it as one of our favourite restaurants so when we decided to come to brugge for new year there was no question where we would celebrate on New years day. We booked directly with with the restaurant in November for a 2-30 lunch reservation. We arrived in... More
