My favourite place for lunch and we love to take our international visitors to the Cafedraal for that special dinner. Menu has a flemish influence with good house wines and some good selection of wines. The courtyard is the perfect retreat away from the tourist crowds. Service is prompt and not rushed. Is also a good spot for a quiet... More

This is my favourite for lunch: a starter and a main course for only € 16. It has never disappointed me. Either with family or friend I like to have to time to eat and sit relaxed afterwards. It is in the middle of the city centre and they don’t rush you to leave the place. It’s my favourite place... More

We walked past the restaurant that sits behind a brick wall that hides a charming dining courtyard. You could easily miss it. We had a 65 degree day in March so it couldn't have been nicer. The waiter was great and as in most places in Europe you never feel rushed. While we weren't up for the complimentary snails on... More

Had made reservation through their website. At arrival, no one there to welcome you. Someone peeked around the corner an asked what the purpose of our being there was?! After having given our name she went away again and came aback saying, you have to go upstairs where a colleague of me will show you to your table. Having arrive... More

I wanted to like this restaurant as we often rely on recommendations from our hotel and normally find some absolute gems - this was not one of those times! Food was expensive, it was ok, nothing special. Service was poor, it was a bit like it was a hassle you bring there and certainly don't think about asking the wrong... More

In Bruges is one of our favourite films so coming here was a must. It is fairly expensive but there is a great atmosphere if you are looking for a special evening out in bruges

Group of six, ate here on a Friday night at the recommendation of our hotel. Place was busy and a gave a nice atmosphere. Food was outstanding with most of us going for the seafood with special mention for the lobster with asparagus and the bouillabaisse. Would recommend to anyone. Wine list was good but a little on the expensive... More

We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a local resident and we really enjoyed it. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent. Also, when you wish the atmosphere is typical Belgian you can also go there...

My husband and I went to Cafe Draal for dinner, the food was gorgeous, the portion sizes were huge. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere was relaxed. Highly recommended.

We were looking for somewhere new to have a drink in Bruges and stumbled across this place. It seemed the kind of place that middle aged women with time (and money) on their hands would spend a long boozy lunch! Great array of drinks on the menu with stunning selections if wine. Only slight disappointment was no wi-fi available despite... More
