The service is just super and the food is really good. My girfriend and I went ther last weekend and had dinner at. I had the spicy mussels with a Zot beer and I had a great night. My girlfriend had the Salmon with caviar and it was very good as well. If I went back to Brugge, I would... More

We didn't book and just squeezed in with a table for two. This was our first evening in Bruges and the restaurant had been recommended by our bar man in the Hotel de Medici. We had the Mussels in Bruges beer which came in a huge terrine. The sauce had celery in it which complimented the mussels very well. The... More

We did not try anything but a biiiig bowl of mussels for two; the price was a bit expensive but we absolutely loved it and we were STUFFED so it was a good value! Very very delicious and the white sauce was nothing like we've ever had before. Although we only ordered mussels and frites for two, we were completely... More

Menu with lobster (try the Breydel) starter / dessert at 40 euros, great service and nice furniture in the heart of Bruges. Great!

Came without a booking and immediately got a seat around 7:30. Any later and we would have been part of the queue. Husband had the set menu, which was great value. Really tasty lobster worth ordering again, and you can immediately taste the high quality chocolate in the mousse. My pot of mussels was yummy but pretty standard. Service quick... More

Very centrally placed, this restaurant apparently prides itself on its seafood. We had booked a table on a very hot evening, and luckily were given a good table in an upstairs room on the front which was cool enough. But the rest of the restaurant was stiflingly hot, with no aircon. Décor is functional, and service OK but perfunctory. The... More

This restaurant is renowned for great seafood and we agree food flavours and presentation was great. Unfortunately more than a bit pricey and service more than just 'lacking'. One table beside us got up and left after being initially unattended for 10 minutes after they were seated, we just persevered. Continuously. And this was compounded by multiple servers for our... Great seafood restaurant. Specializes in mussels, eel and fish. Although they do have a couple of meat dishes, this isn't the place to eat meat in my opinion. They are busy every night of the week so reservations would be a good idea.
