Very centrally placed, this restaurant apparently prides itself on its seafood. We had booked a table on a very hot evening, and luckily were given a good table in an upstairs room on the front which was cool enough. But the rest of the restaurant was stiflingly hot, with no aircon. Décor is functional, and service OK but perfunctory. The... More

This restaurant is renowned for great seafood and we agree food flavours and presentation was great. Unfortunately more than a bit pricey and service more than just 'lacking'. One table beside us got up and left after being initially unattended for 10 minutes after they were seated, we just persevered. Continuously. And this was compounded by multiple servers for our... Great seafood restaurant. Specializes in mussels, eel and fish. Although they do have a couple of meat dishes, this isn't the place to eat meat in my opinion. They are busy every night of the week so reservations would be a good idea.

23Euro mussels were not very good. Had better in Brussels for 13Euro. Appetizer of asparagus good but Lobster special was swimming in butter. One and a half hours or be served the main course. Some of the wait staff should find new attitudes or new careers. Below average food - above average prices.

We went to this restaurant because our hotel recommended it. There were 6 of us 4 of us ordered the special white asparagus with smoked halibut and lobster with garlic butter and dessert or coffee. Jessica our waitress was cheerful and willing to please Patrick was moody and rude. Patrick told us we could not get mussels as an appetizer... More

I enjoyed my food here, but my dad got the mussels and was greatly disappointed in them. He has told many people that although this restaurant has a Michelin rating, the mussels were some of the worst he's had. I don't eat fish but found alternatives on the menu that I really enjoyed. The atmosphere is nice, and the restaurant... More

It is a nice restaurant with a good food, my problem was there was no air condition and it was very very hot inside. When i asked for to open the door the waitress told me other customers can be complain. I asked for the shrimp and it was delicious. We paid about 200 Euro for 5 person.

After reading a few reviews ate at this restaurant tonight. Service was very nice and decor lovely. However, we found the mussels just average and over priced. We have eaten nicer meals in Brugge for far less cost.
