Great cakes!

A real find, great cakes and coffee. Really big slices, very friendly hosts. A perfect place to recharge after a busy day walking around Bruges.

Me and my mum absolutely adored this little tea room! The interior is so cute and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had two breakfast and afternoon tea and it was delicious. The little things in this lovely tea room really make such a big difference! Got to visit here for lovely professional service.

Had a waffle and tea here and the tea wasn't really my favourite but the waffle! Amazing! The staff was so considerate and nice and the atmosphere was great too.

just come back from a trip to Bruges and stumbled upon this tea room. Fabulous service, warm and welcoming. Spotless, Great vintage feel. Ordered hot chocolate and cake. We had only just eaten waffles somewhere else(well we were in Bruges !!) and when greeted with the huge slab of cake , felt overwhelmed. Scrummy cake, but couldnt eat it all,... More

What a little gem. We went in at the end of an obviously busy day but we were given a warm welcome good service and although the choice of cakes was limited due to the late hour the ones we tried were super and large portions - drinks good too not the best hot chocolate ever but up there in... Ended up here as a second choice option, but glad that we did! Had seen they offered GF cakes, although when we went (Friday) they didn't have any. However they did have GF bread and were able to offer there hot/cold bagel option toppings on this bread. I had the scrambled eggs with sun dried tomatoes and serrano ham, very... More

The members of staff at Gingerbread are very pleasant. The food and drinks available were very nice. We both had a hot chocolate based on the reviews that other people had written on TripAdvisor. Personally we both found them a bit too sweet for our taste, but melting the chocolate in the milk to turn it into a hot chocolate... More

You should make a reservation (especially during the week-ends) to have a table. It was soooooooooooooo good. I had the special hot chocolate (dark chocolate, vanilla siroup & marshmallows) and sugar wafle. It was amazing. You should go I really recommend it. Plus the staff is reaaaaally adorable which is quite rare !! GO GO GO :-)

We popped in out of the rain and were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. We ordered a delicious dark hot chocolate which came with some yummy and airily light orange cake. We sat there warming up and drying of and reading some vintage country living magazines. Just what we needed and the food looked good too.
