Visited here off the back of other reviews on here and very glad we did. Arrived at just gone 9am and no one was about, so got a very personal service from the lovely lady there. I had the waffle with chocolate sauce, my partner had the farmers breakfast, we both throughly enjoyed it. Along with freshly squeezed orange juice.... More

We stopped here for coffee and got much more..... We both ordered an Amaretto Latte which came with a two little tasting cakes and a shot of Advocat. Neither of us had tried Advocat before, but it was that good I bought some later to bring home. I also ordered a slice of delicious Victoria Sponge, telling the chef it... More

We stopped in to have a snack to keep us going. I ordered a waffle with chocolate and ice cream. When it came, it was massive! Massively delicious too, as was my partner's sponge cake. Fantastic spot in Bruges.

We had delicious bagels and unusual teas during our lunch at Gingerbread Tea Rooms. The service was lovely and friendly which made the place very endearing, along with the sweet decor. An absolute gem and we would fully recommend rather than the generic tourist traps surrounding Markt square.

Fantastic little cafe situated in the heart of Bruges. The food and drink were exceptional (including home made cakes) and the couple who I presume own it were extremely friendly! finding time to chat about local customs and offer advice on what to see in the city despite being rather busy! I would highly recommend this place :)

We visited this amazing little tea room for breakfast after recommendations on here. It most certainly did not disappoint, it's a family run business and so nice to see. The service is great all smiles and so helpful. It felt like real friendly hospitality. Menu is very good, waffles, pancakes, cake, breakfast eggs, bacon. It was so good we visited... More

On reading other reviews we visited the Gingerbread Tearoom with high expectations and were not disappointed. Our son tried the waffle which he said was really good whilst my husband and I tried the Victoria sponge-absolutely gorgeous.Although we didn't try the breakfasts on offer, what we could see looked really good. Our only disappointment was that we didn't get the chance to visit... We arrived at this cafe, the woman that greeted us was a bit sharp with her tone, I was not answering her as loud as she wanted!, very rude, we had a coffee and a hot chocolate, we also had a piece of carrot cake, the portion was ok, but it was so dry, it was obviously old, I noticed... More
