Great food and wonderful service!

My husband and I each had a bagel with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. The smoked salmon was so good! Amazing quality. The eggs were light and fluffy and just perfect. The portions were very generous. The service here was amazing - it's a family business, and the woman who served us was... read more

Found this cafe by accident on our last day of the trip AFTER we had eaten lunch. Had a delicious white chocolate hot chocolate, Was completely jealous of the table next to us who had the most amazing looking bagels. Our drinks came with a sample of cake which was amazing. I wish I was fat enough to double up... More

Very popular small cafe which serves great (and enormous) breakfasts. Get there early or be prepared to wait, although tables do turn over very quickly. The salmon and eggs and bagel breakfast is huge and could serve two. Coffee was good and we had a lovely fresh fruit salad and fresh squeezed orange juice.

Very nice and warm decoration, tasty bagels and coffee/tea with home made jams, we had breakfast here and it was a great start to the day. The lady serving us was lovely.

This is a tiny little cafe that serves drinks and light meals. The charming lady running Gingerbread was obviously proud of her cafe and took an interest in serving quality food and drinks. We had breakfast there on our first morning and loved it so much that we went back the next day. The scrambled eggs on a toasted bagel were... More

I came here after reading a review on Trip Advisor and I was so pleased I found this place! It's a charming little cafe with pretty decor and crockery, delicious waffles and hot drinks and both ladies behind the counter were very friendly and chatty, it's obvious that this is a business of passion for them. Definitely one of the... More

This is a lovely little coffee shop which is really cosy and cutely decorated. We had bagels followed by tea and hot chocolate. The portions were pretty huge so I couldn't finish it, but it was really tasty! There's a big selection of teas and hot chocolates to choose from. I had the lady heroine tea which I really enjoyed.... More

Our carrot cake was lovely and so was the tea, but we were particularly happy about the service and the warmth of the staff. The lady at the counter was nothing but helpful and kind to us and we like kind people so very much.

My husband and I found this amazing gem here on trip advisor. We were not disappointed! I had the waffle with whipping cream and fresh fruit, my husband had the bagel with ham and cheese. Both meals were fresh and delicious! We had cappuccinos topped with fresh whipping cream, we were on holiday after all! Staff super friendly and attentive.... More

Lovely place, wonderfully welcoming staff. Food was perfect. Angelina has nothing on their hot chocolate. Go! Went for breakfast and as we were eating my husband asked if they served dinner. Great prices very generous portions. Kids loved the waffles.
