Great meal

Recommended by our hotel we visited on a Friday night and were impressed with the experience. Food quality was very good, service also and all for a reasonable price including drinks for six adults. My wife had sun fish (?) a white fish which she really enjoyed and I shared a chateau brian which... read more

Our 1-day trip to Brugge ended up with a superb dinner at Raymond. Location, service and food were perfect. The prices are medium - not too high, but certainly not very cheap for the quality of food that you receive. As for the menu as always tastes differ here but we liked everything we were served VERY much. We took... More

My husband and I decided to eat here based on the great reviews we had read. I ordered the bouillabaisse for lunch. It had just a few pieces of fish in the stew. For 32 Euro I expected a more filling soup. I love bouillabaisse and this is the worst I've had. I was very disappointed. My husband ordered the... More

Four of us ordered different meals, and we all loved what we had! It was white asparagus season and they had it prepared three different ways as a starter - each was outstanding. The steak Tartar was prepared table side and was absolutely delicious. The wine list was varied and reasonably priced and the service was attentive, helpful and not... More

Get the shrimp croquettes! Seriously...filled with little brown shrimp in a gooey delicious, cheesy filling..they were amazing. Also loved the bread, the olives, and the chocolate sauce on the ice cream sundaes.

Four of us went here the other day and opted for the set lunch menu at €22. Things began promisingly with an tasty asparagus soup served with crusty bread. Sadly they went a bit pear shaped with the next course which was pork chop in a cream and mustard sauce with rosti potatoes and salad. Of the four servings of... More

We randomly found this place and it turned out to be a perfect choice. Staff appeared to be a bit too serious or maybe they were just under pressure to serve everyone on time. Fish dishes were great. Would definitely go back.

Great value in this buzzy bistro. Simple food, great ingredients, cooked well and decent portions. The "alley way" between rows of tables is a tad narrow for the waiters to get buy.

I went to this restaurant with 9 of my collegues as we work in various hotels/restaurants in Bruges ourselves and thought is was high time we organised a 'quality control'. We send a lot of our own customers there, so it seemed like a good idea to go and check out Raymond. We were not dissapointed. However the restaurant is... More

This place was filled with locals on a cold Monday night in February. That's got to count for something hasnt it! Well it was a great indicator of a fanstatic restuarant. The food was perfect, the service attentive without being in your face and the wine selection vast. Def worth a visit.
