Fab food - dog friendly

We booked the restaurant based on a previous review as we could take our dog with us. The restaurant was lovely, great choice of food, staff very friendly. We asked for a quiet table as our dog is quite young and easily distracted. We were given a choice of tables to choose from. Our food... read more

But nothing exceptional, for the price, that was a little expensive, but affordable... Good restaurant and the service was ok.

We first visited this restaurant back in 2013, when it was recommended to us by a member of staff at our hotel. On this visit to Bruges we travelled with my wife's mother, who was on her first visit to the city and as we wanted to show the best of the many restaurants we have tried over the years,... More

The food here was very good but like most places in Bruges it isn't cheap. I had a lovely skate dish and my bf had some local shrimps in a salad. But we struggled with service - very slow to bring milk for my coffee and hopelessly incompetent and strangely uncaring, about a faulty pdq machine....until we threatened to leave.... More

I had read a few critical reviews of Brasserie Raymond but our hotel recommended it and their other recommendations had been very good so thought we would give it a go. Liked the look of the restaurant when we walked it and were quickly greeted and seated. The menu was interesting, though it took a while before someone thought to... More

we had a 3 course meal, no booking at 6pm Easter Friday. French cd playing, very cosy setting. One thing that was shocking from the start is that they do NOT offer carafe of (free) water, they only sell bottles, so we went for small one and topped up with our own. That is something we would never ever come... More

We accidentely found this place looking for ray to eat. What a lovely unexpected surprise it was! Excellent service to start with. Our waiter was polite, professional, passionate, all you want. The timing was good, wine choices perfect, interior cozy. Nothing to say but go there! There are no disappointments here

Wow! We were so lucky this restaurant was recommended to us. We were greeted by a nice waitress, young and eager to please. Her recommendations were all dead on. The Spargel and shrimp appetizer in a lemon butter sauce was heavenly. My husband ordered the vol au vent - enough for two people actually -- succulent chicken in a sherry... More

Our hotel was able to get us into this busy restaurant on a Saturday night because we were willing to eat early. What a treat! We started with appetizers of green beans and a plate of tomatoes. Bread is wonderful. My husband had the rack of lamb with vegetables and potatoes Dauphinoise (cream and nutmeg). I had a delicious vol... More

The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is superb. This Restaurant is a little Gem in the Centre of Bruges. I would advise booking as it is always busy.
