A friend and I shared an excellent lunch of the most delicious quiche I ever had. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team and so you are assured of the best possible service and food. Go - you will not regret it!

In short, the lady running this place is so rude rude my girlfriend and I just left before even ordering. It's not what she said, but how. The place had two customers, and we came in to get a hot chocolate seeing everyone raves about it. She had put reserve signs on every table and refused to let us sit... More

We were almost literally thrown out of the place by a staff member, probably the owner! Tempted by positive reviews and the "Certificate of Excellence" we went there yesterday just to drink a tea. The place was almost full. From the outside it seemed cosy, but inside it was very average and nothing special as far as interior design goes.... More

Found this tiny place whilst looking for a lunch stop one day. Food very tasty & beautifully presented (delicious fresh seeded bread). Tables are cramped together (no good for luggage, buggies or those with impaired mobility), but clean. We were asked to (politely) move to another smaller table to make way for a bigger group, which could be a problem... More

I walked in here for brunch and without even being greeted with a 'hello' or anything I was just coldly told 'no space'. Thats it. I should have paid heed to some of the terrible reviews i have read and should have never gone there. Dont go here. Theres plenty of tea rooms in Bruges who will atleast greet you... More

This place was recommended by our hotel. It was lovely, not many seats but we managed to get seated. We missed lunch so had drinks and pancakes. All fabulous.

The hot chocolate tulips are simply the best. If you are all chocolated out in bruges then worth the 3 euro to buy one and take home. They come in white, milk and dark chocolate and worth taking home. The food here is also very good.

On a rainy, windy, cold day the hot chocolate here was just what I needed! It was the best hot chocolate I've ever had. The best part was the fun of dropping your own chocolate flower in and stirring to watch the milk turn to chocolate! Complete with a little bowl of marshmallows this was a fantastic trip. We were... We first visited Bittersweet a couple of years ago when we visited Bruges. That was my first introduction to the chocolate tulip, and I have never forgotten it. When we visited Bruges again with friends, we just had to take them to this very special little cafe. It was very busy, and we had to wait for a table for... More

I have been here twice for hot chocolate, which is gorgeous. As we got up late and missed breakfast decided to go for lunch, it was delicious. I had a salad followed by lasagne, my husband had onion soup followed by chicken pasta, everything was excellent, really tasty. The lady owner is lovely and friendly and makes you feel very... More
