We were staying over the road at the Navarra Hotel. As it was chucking down we took Tripadvisors advice and popped into the geek restaurant. You did not let us down. Great friendly service. Got lovely starters and fab mains, piping hot and very tasty. Reminded us of our first holiday in Rhodes 25 years ago.

Mostly traditional Greek food, nice service, very reasonable prices. Away from the main squares and frequented by locals.

We got in here easily on Saturday evening when a place done the road was fully booked. Welcome was polite and as we had no reservation we were put towards the back. Not too near the toilets luckily! It took a while to have our drinks and food order taken but they were delivered in good time. Greek beer was... More

Great food, and really good value for money, compared with the other restaurants (inc. the other Greek restaurants). Good service, atmosphere and nicely decorated. The portions were huge! We had the Greek mixed grill platter for 4, but it could have fed more than that. It was a great selection of meats and sides, giving you a taste of everything.... More

When we arrived for dinner, we were the second table seated. Our waitress took our beverage order immediately, but it took a very long time for her to deliver our bottle of retsina. After we placed our order, it took at least 1/2 hour before she brought one of our appetizers - cold tzatziki - which should have been ready... More

We stayed at the hotel Navarra virtually opposite El Greco and tired from the journey, lots of walking and it has to be said more than a few beers on arrival decided on the nearest restaurant tossing a coin between this and the Portuguese restaurant next door (both looked nice). Service was good and friendly and the Meze we had... More

Although El Grecco was not recommended by our hotel we decided to go as we enjoy Greek food and it was nearby. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and while we did have to wait for the food we would expect this where the food is freshly prepared. The restaurant compared very well to the very fast, very over priced... More

Stumbled upon this Greek restaurant late on a Sunday evening in Bruges. A lot of effort seems to have gone into the decor to create an Athenian theme, verging on gaudy. Despite there being only 2-3 tables of customers, service was remarkably slow. The waitress seemed uninterested and not very informative. The other server, presumably the owner, was more cheerful... We were actually looking for another restaurant and decided to go in because it was late and it appeared the place we were actually looking for was already closed. We are lovers of Greek food and we were NOT disappointed. Salads were great and the Lamb Exihico (sp??) was incredible.
