This is a very good restaurant, with the chef displaying both imagination and skill. I chose the duck, which was delicious, although I would argue there were too many flavours working with/against each other. The rhubarb accompaniment was delicious but the fruit coulis was a bit unnecessary, in my view. The dessert was a tour de force, a wonderful tiara... More

Excellent location, 8 minute drive to Epernay. Excellent staff, very attentive and concerned. Excellent and comfortable room, we stayed in the Begonias room. Excellent dining, ambience, food and staff. We cannot wait to return next summer!

All the best nature offers, fresh and top quality ingredients, masterly prepared by a chef who is according to me a Michelin star worthy. Benjamin, the maitre d'hôtel, ....just ask him and he will explain in detail and fulfill your wishes. The wines he presented , some which were totally new to me, were just awesome. Thanks and we will... More

This is a great place to eat classy food. Imaginative cooking, great ingredients and flavours, elegant surroundings and nice service. Interesting wines, which the staff will pair with the food. Highly recommended.

We were staying in the hotel and, having had a very good breakfast, we decided to try the 3course meal with wine. It was extremely good; also with very good service. A small restaurant in a small hotel but both are excellent.

Nice dinner ,superb service, food was very good apart from some fat chips served with the fish that tasted rancid.Over all a nice experience ,shame the place was empty on a Friday night , only another couple and us.

Le Mystique has a warm and intimate feel. The food was beautifully cooked and presented; definitely fine dining. The service lacked finesse. The waiting staff were, in our opinion, a little aloof and could have been more attentive. It really wasn't very busy so there was absolutely no excuse for failing to notice our glasses were empty. Once all the... More

Le Mystique is one of the best restaurants in Belgium, from our experience and has two red forks by Michelin, which considers Le Mystique a very pleasant experience. The ingredients are organic and from the Flanders region. Executive chef Koenraad Steenkiste is responsible for all the culinary delights coming out of the kitchen, while Brecht takes care of the front... More

Had our 45th wedding anniversary while in Bruges and that night ate in our hotel - Le Mystique. Food was excellent - and I struggled to eat all 3 courses - but I made it! The service is excellent as well. Staff are very friendly and make sure everything is just so.
