The ambiance and service were excellent and the food is beautifully prepared. The set meal had a good range of choice and represented really good value. Some typical Flemish fare, but not of the touristy moules-frites variety. Highly recommended.

It is unlikely you will eat better in Brugge for this price! The menu changes with the seasons and offers 3 or 4 courses for less than EU50 but the food is incredibly creative and well presented, and would seem to be excellent value given what other city-centre restaurants in Brugge charge for similar fare. The staff is welcoming and... More

Recently refurbished this restaurant is run by a husband and wife team who clearly know what they are doing. It is quite small and therefore has an intimate feel to it. The cuisine is pretty classic French/Belgian. We arrived without a reservation and were lucky, i would strongly recommend booking a table. Service is professional and very friendly, the food... This restaurant was chosen for our 30th anniversary celebrated in Bruges. It did not disappoint from start to finish. The welcome at the front of the restaurant was very warm and friendly, as was the service throughout the evening. The food was superb, beautifully prepared, and well presented. The menu is taken from classic French offerings, but with innovative twists.... More

Very small, inviting, upscale restaurant. Attentive and gracious service, with exceptional and creative food preparation. Somewhat limited menu; satisfactory wine list, reasonably priced, primarily French. But everything together worked well. Ambience was furthered by the friendliness and availability of the owners. Quiet and low-key meal; relaxing evening.

We had dinner with six peope at Assiette Blanche. On the menu there was not much choice but enough variety. The dishes are not really gastronomic but still fine and finished in the classic way . The portions are rather large and everything is fresh daily. A must for diners who love classic French cuisine at a fair price .... More

We ate here on our first night in Bruges and wished we had booked to eat there again before leaving. Both the decor and the staff were warm and welcoming on a cold evening. The choices of dish on the 37 euro menu all sounded delicious and did not disappoint. The fried black pudding starter was outstanding and is particularly... More

We went there for dinner and we got two menus at 37e. Very fresh and nice food. Great atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner. It's quite in the center so it's easy to access. I recommend it.

This year we had our family new year dinner at assiette blanche. Very comfy interior and very friendly staff. As a starter I had the "Gebakken bloedworst, gepocheerde Jonagold, crème van eendenlever", really somethong for people who likes peppery dishes !!, As main course there was the "Filet van pieterman, bouchot mossel in algenboter, velouté prei, aardappel en artisjok", this...
