Very small, inviting, upscale restaurant. Attentive and gracious service, with exceptional and creative food preparation. Somewhat limited menu; satisfactory wine list, reasonably priced, primarily French. But everything together worked well. Ambience was furthered by the friendliness and availability of the owners. Quiet and low-key meal; relaxing evening.

We had dinner with six peope at Assiette Blanche. On the menu there was not much choice but enough variety. The dishes are not really gastronomic but still fine and finished in the classic way . The portions are rather large and everything is fresh daily. A must for diners who love classic French cuisine at a fair price .... More

We ate here on our first night in Bruges and wished we had booked to eat there again before leaving. Both the decor and the staff were warm and welcoming on a cold evening. The choices of dish on the 37 euro menu all sounded delicious and did not disappoint. The fried black pudding starter was outstanding and is particularly... More

We went there for dinner and we got two menus at 37e. Very fresh and nice food. Great atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner. It's quite in the center so it's easy to access. I recommend it.

This year we had our family new year dinner at assiette blanche. Very comfy interior and very friendly staff. As a starter I had the "Gebakken bloedworst, gepocheerde Jonagold, crème van eendenlever", really somethong for people who likes peppery dishes !!, As main course there was the "Filet van pieterman, bouchot mossel in algenboter, velouté prei, aardappel en artisjok", this... A small restaurant in a central location serving a set menu. Food was really amazing, fish cooked to perfection, the couple who run it are friendly and give excellent service. Good wine list. We went with another couple and enjoyed an excellent meal together.

We went for a romantic meal and we were not disappointed. The service was warm and attentive throughout. The food was superb - not one of the dishes disappointed, and some were truly exceptional. We were provided with some delightful amuses-bouches that we neither expected nor paid for. We chose a good wine and it was decanted with care. The... More

We had to try twice to reserve a table for lunch and it was worth the wait. Nice welcome and friendly front of house. Food quality was very good French cuisine. Just the place for a long leisurely lunch on a cold day.

we arrived to a warm welcome and very good service. The food flavors was exceptional, the oxtail and lamb dishes were so succulent we wanted another helping despite being full. The restaurant lived up to all the reviews we read and its a place we would revisit.
