We tried to go here for dinner but it was booked, but we got a table for an hour to have a couple of beers. The atmosphere is quite good, as it's bustling with people, but the service wasn't great - as others have said they all seem really busy and flustered but it still takes ages to get served.... More

This is a busy bar/restaurant with a great atmosphere, we had a couple of meals here and the service, food and beer were all top notch. It was recommended by our hotel as it is a bit off the main square and not quite so toruisty. Good value too

W asked our hotel for a noisy brasserie and they recommended this. And it delivered, ambiance and beer selection full marks. Staff attentive enough especially as it was pretty busy. Food average, my rib-eye was good but my wife's chicken was poor - greasy and tough. Prices average for Bruges where you just have to expect relatively high tarrifs, I'm... More

We were lucky to be seated straight away on a busy Friday lunchtime. The waitress helped us choose a beer from the huge selection. I had the fish soup, hubby had the French onion soup both were delicious. Excellent and fast service, welcoming atmosphere, could have stayed all afternoon. Tried to go for lunch on Saturday but it was too... More

We arrived just a little after noon and were lucky enough to get one of the last two tables left! The place was bustling. The food was good. The beer too (they had a huge menu just for the beer!). This place is off the Grote Markt. If you don't wander like I did with my friends, you might not... More

the beer menu is huge here. We didn't know where to start but the friendly staff gave advice and pointed us in the right direction. After a busy day cycling around Brugge, this is a great place to refuel. We loved the 'corne' of beer (served in a horn shaped glass) and had a tasty burger.

This was well worth the visit, the selection of beers is incredible, and the food while nothing fancy is tasty. However you must book, we went in low season and it was full every night. Our first attempt failed because we did not have a booking, and the second attempt came with a stern warning to be on time or... More

Squeeze into this lively and very popular restaurant for good solid Belgian food and a massive choice of beers. My beer was very special, my pieces of rabbit were both tasty and of alpine proportions and my fresh fruit salad was worth taking a pic of. In fact, I did take a pic of it so that, sometime in the...
