Interior was lovely. Beer fabulous. But we drew a short straw with the girl waitress who was unbelievable rude and condescending without any cause to be, particularly to my wife. And while the meal was tasty, it didn't warrant the cost. There are much better restaurants with better value for money in the city and that's where we'll be going... More

Excellent Bruges beer house, with a decent beer selection and good food. We had the Flemish stew with frites, and a couple of Brugge Zot beers. It is extremely popular, so either book in advance or be prepared to wait a while. It is however well worth the trip. Prices are fairly standard for the area.

We ate here our first night in Bruges and it was a nice entry into our stay. Obviously, they had a TON of beers available and we both enjoyed the Flemish stew. The service was a bit slow, but nothing too obnoxious. They were pretty busy, so we totally understood.

Ate here twice this weekend. Great beer selection, good Belgian food options. Had the rabbit one meal and the fish the next. Highly recommend for a relaxed, comfortable meal.

We ate here on a Monday night in October, and we booked a table. Just as well, because there was a queue to get in. Easy to see why; great food at reasonable prices and very good service. We had a rabbit casserole and a fish stew. Both were very tasty. Great beer, and waiters who are able to recommend... More

I went to this restaurant 2 times during my stay in Bruges. The food is out of this world. Had the regular steak with mushroom sauce. It comes with yummy french fries and a house salad. I have travelled to many places but the meat was the best i had at any place. They have also a big variety of... More

25 double sided pages with different beers - you'll be spoiled for choice! The service isn't fast which gives you plenty of time to savour each round. Have some frites while you do ;)

We were in Brugge on a tuesday night when many restaurants are closed. The manager of the B and B we were staying at recommended Cambrinus. What a delight! We were cold and wet- ran into a little bit of hail even on our walk over and the warm soup and stews were perfect and delicious. Great beer selection. Excellent... More

i was strolling by and noticed a guest with a bowl of what appeared to be french onion soup. made sense to me so i went in and sat at the bar. i ordered a beer and asked about the french onion soup. EDUCATION TIME!! it's flemish onion soup. well ok - lets try that. turns out that flemish is... More

In fairness on the night the restaurant was packed, nevertheless the service was atrocious. Got off to a good start as the male waiter who met us as we walked in initially said we'd have a half hour wait, but we were then seated at exactly the same time as two other couples only a few minutes later. From here... More
