Great sushi

We had sushi here with our family, sitting outside in the lovely Muntstraat. Apart from the fact that the waiter did have some trouble understanding our order, we had a great time. Fresh sushi, diverse and enough and tasty. Took the left-overs home.

Lots of choices of menu which is rare for a sushi place. But the sushi menus are not offering a wide variety of sushi. (a lot of Maki and californian rolls however). I would rather prefer a bit more conventional sushi choices Just for information: none of the staff speaks Japanese.

Eating inside is not an option... Good take away but closed on Sunday and don't expect the best sushi. Good quality but limited chose...

Long waiting (nearly 1 hour & other costumer even more), not real Japanese (don't take the gyoza... They are Chinese dumplings). But the Sushi itself was not bad after all.

A small place, tables full and ... Fresh sushi. I didn't have too much time or needed much food, yet the freshness and relaxed atmosphere (sitting outside watching people strolling the busiest pedestrian street) made my evening. For a sushi of that quality you pay little Money. Really worth it!

Resto is super crowded. You are basically cramped in a small space. Service is very very slow. If you go to eat in the restaurant you will typically wait for about 1 hour to get sushi. Takeout is much better option. Cheaper as well.

Good place to eat sushi! Fresh fish and nice presentation. The sushi chef make everything in front of you. We also ordered hot food, it was well done and tasty. I will recommend this restaurant, if you want to eat fresh sushi!

Simple: this is the best sushi in Leuven. Try the Ebi Tempura Prawns or Spring rolls as an appetizer, and you'll only need a sushi for 1 menu (or 4 handpicked rolls) to eat for 2. Call in your order or reserve your table on time (evenings and weekends are very busy). We won't try the nigiri rolls (with salmon... More

sushi is cheap, but there is too much fish in the makia and not enough rice. Some would say it's being generous with the fish, but I think the rice adds valuable texture and flavor. The nigri has the same problem too, just feels like sashimi, but with another part of the fish.

After we were seated, it took a waiter 20 minutes just to take our order. After one hour more waiting, minutes before we would leave as a dissapointed customer, they brought our sushis. Very tasty indeed, but their policy of giving take-away priority to the people eating in the restaurant is one they should step away from. Next time, we... More
