Limited festival fixed menu but OK

Cosy and friendly restaurant but a bit short staffed when we visited. Limited choices helped them cope ( and they were certainly busy) as did their natural good humour. Its a small place and inevitably tables are a bit crammed in. Overall reasonable value .

I visited here at the end of a busy day touring Ghent and got there suitably early to ensure an unbooked table (the restaurant opened at 1830). We were certainly not disappointed, with an extensive and well thought through a la carte menu as well as set menu choices. There was also a fantastic selection of wine and knowledgeable, friendly... We had the four course menu with accompanying wines which was just wonderful. The menu started with ravioli with scampis and truffle, this was exquisitite. The owner was simply charming and treated us as if we were the only persons in the restaurant. Definitely a must in Belgium!!

For our 10th Anniversary we just had to visit our favourite restaurant in Europe and this is it. We have never been disappointed and the standards have always been excellent and the cooking is just melt in the mouth delicious. You can tell i am a huge fan of this restaurant and we have been a few times, normally on... More

We (2, we usually share/exchange dishes) had the menu with Truffle Ravioli, Carpaccio, Haddock, Pork Fillet, Cheeses and Desserts, plus the (really!) excellent 2002 Bertrand Corbieres Red wine. The food was prepared, presented and composed in a very delicious way. With my lactose intolerance, it was no problem for the kitchen to adapt the menu to my needs. Service was... More

Small and cosy restaurant where the food is good. Reservation was easy and the Hostess was very polite if just a little distanced. The food was really good as was the choice of wines.

We were incredibly fortunate to have read on Trip Adviser about this gorgeous jewel in the gastronomic crown in Ghent. We were a party of 16 and a sophisticated group who enjoy their food and wine. Too often 'the group' is relegated to a grotty back room and served a cheap menu that 'will do' with overpriced and almost offensive... More

Compare to other restaurants in Ghent, Absolutely, Absolutely one of the best Pre-Fix Menu I've ever tasted, especially for the price. Starter, Main and Dessert were fantastic. Truly recommend to anyone visiting Ghent. Compliments to the Chef!!!

We were looking for a place to eat on one of the evenings and found this small restaurant. It is run by a couple which work really hard to please their customers. The place it's small itself so I would recommend to book a table in advance as it can become very busy. We chose a set menu which the... More
