Recommended by lonely planet guide and wasn't disappointed. Fantastic interior design and atmosphere! Varied menu -was hoping for something more local. Went for the mussels it was nice enough.

A cafe bar with an old fashioned travel theme. One wall covered entirely in old suitcases, travel trunks and old maps on the ceiling. We only had drinks, coffees and desserts here so can't comment on the main menu but loved the decor and the ambiance and went to the place a couple of times during our weekend in brussels.... More

I did most defintely enjoy the idea of this restaurant. Travel theme works fine both in decoration and in the menu. I was little suspicious of the menu though. If you have a place where there is dishes around the world, can you have a kitchen staff up to the task? Here they did well. I took the texas burger,... More

Kind of very varied menu, asian-italian-american-belgian & veggie, old fashioned atmosphere, ok service, a bit loud because of the bar just next to the restaurant and not many places available.. Not extremely fast and plan not to spend less than 15 + drink € The fries were really dry, the pork overcooked but the thai crusty rice triangles with coconut... More

Loved this place! Gorgeous old fashioned map on the ceiling, a wall full of collected suitcases and trunks, and an array of travel books to read. Amazing food! My boyfriend and I both had a veal burger, served with incredible chips and a fresh salad. Was too much to finish, and at a very reasonable price, too! Would recommend for... More

The decor and atmosphere of this restaurant promised a lot more than it delivered. Because of the size of our group (10) we pre-ordered our choices but this made no difference. The service was incredibly slow and disorganised. There did not seem to be anybody in charge or anybody knowing what was going on. We had to attract the waiter's... More

Hello, Thank you for your comment. It was really unfortunately that this "slow service" happened, we are really sorry about it! Could you please tell us when your venue was? So we could at least check the reasons and resolve it for next time. Thank you in advance. Haile Abebe More

By coincidence we found this restaurant. It has a pleasant atmosphere. Service is good, not as fast as some would like if the restaurant is busy. We were here quite early for a drink and decided to have lunch here as well. Good decission, it got very busy just after we were seated. The menu looks interesting, but mostly it... More

The service and wait time at the table was horrible. Almost two hours and just finished appitizer. We were a large group and we're definitely a priority. Bar service incredibly slow. 45 min before we even received our drinks. Almost 30 min. To order them. Now food, different story. Very good.good portions. Adequate price. I had the calamari and mussels... More

While walking around Brussels in search of manneken PiS we came across le circle des voyageurs, as it had a trip advisor recommendations we decided to try it. The staff were very welcoming even though the restaurant was very full. The suitcases on the wall very impressive. But we came here for the food and we were not disappointed. The... More

Terrible service! Just walking around to see the nice place, the guy told me "there was nothing to see there...". Just like that, for free... I left the place. For your benefit, try somewhere else!
