It was a pleasure to eat fresh fish in Brussels! We had as starters, crab and oysters, main dish, Dover soles, tuna tartare and mackrel grilled! All of this, very well prepared. Service very good and good wine! Dessert also fantastic! You need to book if you want to go here on a Saturday night.

My fiance and I found this place through tripadvisor and we are so happy we did. We didn't make a reservation and just plopped down at an outside table (not ideal, to be certain). Loved the location, lots of other restaurants, shops, and bars. The waiter was a little stoic at first (possibly because we did just plop down), but... More

The restaurant is in one of the most emblematic places of Brussels. The quality of the fish I had (monkfish) was excellent. There is no air conditioning inside. They can't charge several cards if you go in a group. The service very slow ( we ended up skipping dessert) and the menu very limited , so if you don't care... More

This fish restaurant is located near the old fish market (which is now filled with fish restaurants). The interior of the restaurant is nothing special, it is a big open place with the kitchen visible to all guests. The welcome is nice and friendly but the food is excellent!! Mainly fish but there's a small choice of meat as well.... More

Great fish restaurant! Try the turbot, expensive but super fresh and huge. For non fish eaters try the entrecote. Friendly service, always packed and thus a bit noisy. The amuses (for free) are a yummy.

Since this restaurant opened many, many, years ago I have returned on a fairly regular basis appreciating both the very high quality of the fish dishes, the service and the ambiance. I had noticed on my last visit that, while still good, the food presented was not quite of the same high level as it had been some years ago,... More

If you are looking for a nice restaurant with great quality seafood then you should go to Vismet. The service was fantastic and the food was equally delicious.

Sitting next to the open plan kitchen - spectacle assured. From starter to dessert, it was a culinary journey that brought us right back to lazy summer nights by the seaside in France. Will be back for sure to taste some more of that hard to choose from menu.

This restaurant was recommended by our Hotel, as it was out of the tourist area and is very popular with the locals. It was my sister and my last night, so we thought we would treat ourselves - and that we did! The waiter was exceptional and took full charge of ordering our wines (which were excellent and surprisingly not... More
