If you're looking for a restaurant with both traditional Belgian cuisine and some more adventurous selections on the menu this is your place! It's turned into one of our favorite restaurants in the city and is in a delightfully walkable neighborhood.

A quick dinner before the theatre. We had pot au feu and américaine with the house rosé. Very kind waiter that took his time presenting and chatting even though the terrace was getting full. The food is great though it should be said that the plates are in Michelin guide style meaning that you should not expect the huge portions... More

A place to discover. If you like stakes or offal specialties (brains, kidneys, sweet brains) this is a place to eat at one of the most popular area of Brussels. I have been at this restaurant over 5 times and have always been very satisfied from the food, but again I like this kind of specialties. However one can also... More

had probably one of the best meals EVER. fantastic food. Great setting. RUDE waiter throughout entire meal. When bill comes, we each (4 of us) pay our share and wait for the change (25€)... that doesn't come. We had to summon the overfamiliar, rude waiter who pretended that "the gentleman had said it was a tip" NOT. Got our change... More

It is a place for people who like meat and offals... The place is famous for the "plats canailles" which designate all the dishes with offals (kidney, sweetbread...). You could find also some horse steak (excellent). In the winter you could taste the "choesels", a typical plate from Brussels made of several sorts of offals. Everything is excellent and the... More

Small restaurant - bit cramped but it has a cosy brasserie style atmosphere. We booked ahead and I don't think you would have found seating otherwise. This place serves basically offal: tongue, liver, tripe, innards of all and every kind. Now this has to be your thing to like. Definitely not for all palates. Our party of 4: my husband... More

It's a rather small place, but I was looking for a restaurant and it was bustling and the menu looked interesting. And there was a spare table. It had a blackboard of specials - it felt like looking at a treasure trove: lots of interesting things. The speciality of the place (and where the name - long live grandma -... More

This place used to represent an authentic traditional moment of pleasure in the Bruxelles night life. The traditional generous portions have been reduced .The beef tartar is now tasteless. and the fries overcooked The service ,agressive and sometimes patronizing, is an offense for the belgium hospitality. Only one thing remains constant :a bill of 120 euros for 2

We went to this restaurant, and it is very pleasant although the tables are a bit close together. Our service was terrible because we wanted to order in Dutch, since the menu is in Dutch and in French. The waiter wanted us to speak French and became aggressive. I explained him everything in French and then he wanted us to... More

I had a lunch here the other day. I ordered liver and my partner pot au feu. Both very delicious. Interior extremely cosy. Very good service. The menu is full of "weird" dishes, such as pressed pork head, kidney, brains etc. Fair prices. Cheap wines. Located in the cosiest area in Bruxelles, near Saint Catherine square with many nice cafes,... More
