Good food

The metal was very good if you like mushrooms. But the service could be better. We waited about 40 minutters between the starters and the main meal.

I have been to Café des Spores three times and the first time it was truly an excellent meal. The place is cosy, staff is friendly and attentive and it was overall a really good experience. The second time it was not as good, staff still superbe but food not to same level. This happens often of course as expectations... More

Go here for an evening enshrouded in mushrooms like you'll never have anywhere else. (But steer clear of the organic, unpreserved wine unless you like your wine to taste like it's been corked!)

A restaurant full of mushrooms from starters to desserts. They are getting better and better with more food in the plate. It's always very good. Too bad their wine is so expensive. You can book with friends, colleagues, family or for a romantic evening. The place is very well decorated and the chef cooks at the entrance.

Avoid to come when you are hungry! Special plates with mushrooms. But not enough for a brave man and very long time before being served

We came to this Resto for a bachelorette dinner, the food was good albeit limited choices, portion sizes are small but ok of you don't want to have a huge meal and watch the calories :). The mushroom cheese cake which I thought might be going just too far - was quite delicious. Good place to try out. Service was... More

Food is ok, but portions are small and overpriced. We booked a table at 9:30, and they did not take our orders until 10:30. The entrée arrived at 10:45, main course at 11:30. We have paid 55 euros per person and we have been tortured during almost 3 hours. We were starving... As I said, food is good and tasty,... More

This restaurant is well off the beaten track but is certainly worth the trip. In a cosy setting, with open kitchen, mushroom-based dishes are prepared and served. The wine menu has organic wines. The owners have another restaurant next doors and across the street.

I first discovered this place when it opened, some 5 years ago. I loved the concept and the food. It was really good. I went back last week and I was let down by very poor quality food and slow and unfriendly service. The gnocchi were embarrassing: certainly cooked several hours before, they were re-heated, served with a modest besciamelle... More

We wanted to come here for a long time! The place is just beautiful, must have been an old shop. Staff is very friendly. Food is just excellent even though portions are a bit small. All in all a good experience!
