To be said: this was my first experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant. The service was absolutely impeccable to the detail, staff was very attentive and friendly - except maybe from the sommelier who seemed a little bit snob. The atmosphere is amazing: the "luxury" of the place never felt uncomfortable, it was just a great pleasure to be there. The... More

I was invited there for lunch and I didn t went in this nice restaurant since certainly 5 years: i was extremely nicely surprised by the quality of the meal : everything was perfect : sublime " tartare de veau et de homard" and after perfect " ris de veau croustillant" . A very good experience by a sunny day... More

We had dinner, and we order for entree is risotto with truffle. It was too salty. The main course was veal, it's just average. Nothing special. I think if it's 2 stars, it's too much. The only thing nice is the interior.

I was very surprised to see other reviewers questioning why it does not have 3 stars (many reasons IMHO) and others saying Michelin was too generous on giving the 2 stars. I tend to agree with the second lot.. Food was good indeed, especially the scallops and all the deserts, but not exceptionally good. The service was average, seems to... More

We came with a few friends for a special occasion. The food was great and the desserts were exceptional... If we go back it would mainly be because of the desserts.

This restaurant was world class from the moment we walked in we were treated impeccably. The food was some of the best i have ever tasted, the service very attentive yet discreet. It is far better than some of the 3 michelin star restuarants we have eaten at.

This is the first restauran to offer two unforgettable dishes. Both of them were starters. Scallops with black truffels is on their list now and pheasant soup which is probably the specialty of the week. My main dish was chicken but it was too ordinary even my fried liked it a lot. Otherwise the evening was excellent but we were... More

I have been to Le Chalet for romantic as well as business dinners and have not been dissapointed yet. The welcome and apero area gives the restaurant a nice touch. In summer we had dinner in the conservatory and without AC it became quickly too warm, the terrace is a better choice and worth to request when you book. There... More

Fantastic service and beautiful food. Not an ego on a plate, just top class, seasonal food and a first rate wine list.

Michelin has it very wrong--my duck dinner was tougher than one of their tires! Visiting Le Chalet for the third time I had expected that during one of my visits I might figure out why they were ordained with two stars. The ambiance is incredible; the service fairly good, but the main attraction at any restaurant ought to the food,... More
