Small, friendly place with excellent special's at noon, served with warm rolls and butter. Had a good portion of civet de biche (deer stew) with liver and penne plus tea with mignardise for 15 € this time and was not disappointed. I have mixed feelings about my experience here. Although I enjoyed the lunch I ordered I found the service to be not very good. The staff seemed to chit chat a lot with regulars and each other and friends that were popping in. Took awhile to get someones attention to try and order dessert and coffee. The place wasn't really... More

After a gallery trip, we decided to try Henri and were not disappointed. The crab ravioli and the scallops were first class. Well prepared and beautifully presented. The waitress spoke fluent english and the entire experience was very very good. Prices are high but on balance, it is not out of line for Brussels and presents value for money. House... More

As day plate regulars, Henri is the best restaurant for us. We have tried most of the restaurants in flanders street, dansaerts streets up to the canal and yet we always keep coming back to Henri. Good food quality price! But don't forget to reserve because to go there spontaneously is not possible most tables are booked.

Superb food quality in this flemish-international oriented paradise. Polyglot experienced and friendly service. Limited choice of european quality wines. Limited menu fresh only purely prepared food. Go for it!

It was so promising. The restaurant seems to be always packed so we decided to step in and try it. The starters were great and I hoped even more for a blowing experience - unfortunately it turned out to be blowing into undesired direction. I have ordered a wild duck and to my surprise duck was medium rare but that... More

Good food, nice casual setting and very friendly service. Extensive wine list but a bit pricey, very limited options on the "25-35 euro" range. The entrecote is very nicely done. Main negative is the rather strong cooking odours that come to the dining area (or maybe it was just the evening we went there)

Ate here based on a Chowhounds recommendation. Very pleased we did. Pleasant, unpretentious ambience. Promote, knowledgeable, intelligent service. Some nice touches to the food..a glass of champagne and two formidable oysters as a starter, a lovely amuse bouche, a beef cheek pattie with remoulade entree which I very much enjoyed, and excellent quality fish & beef mains. A lot to... More
