Great restaurant with wonderful servers and even better food. This was my first time trying Ethiopian food and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The "communal" style was fun and the bread was of a variety that, while odd, was perfect for grabbing bites of the various delectables we had chosen for our platter. Don't be intimated by another cultures' fare, this... More

Hospitality and the welcoming is great. The waiter gives you a detailed explanation about the food how it is served. If it is your first time, go for the combo plates (choice of the chef). Bon Appétit. Also try the homemaw iced tea

This was our first Ethiopian dining experience and we loved it. The food was amazing, the waiter was fantastic, the atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommend.

It has been a wonderful experience and we love to come to this place with friends and family. Very few places in Belgium where they advice to eat with your hands. The Ethiopian coffee is a good experience, but keep an hour atleast for the same.

Apparently - and very correctly - a popular place with very good atmosphere and even better food, served with a smile and spices. Best experience if you are at least two persons together, because then sharing and eating from one common thali-plate with your hands and fingers and a range of tastes is wonderful

It was my second time in this restaurant and I have to admit that the chicken main was nicer than beef. However, I would generally recommend this Ethiopian restaurant as it offers very nice food served in a good manner. The service is friendly, they speak quite good English and also Spanish, plus they explain in details how to properly... More

Amidst the tourist traps in the Manneken Pis area is this great little Ethiopian reastaurant. Good food, good service and a nice introduction to the Ethiopian cuisine and way of eating. Make sure to book a table in advance and to not wear too many clothes, it was very hot in there the evening we went. The fact that I... More

We tried this restaurant with my friends and overall it was good but I not of my favourites. They gave a good service and they give you a good explanation of the Ethiopian cuisine. So you go for their dish of 5 different small portions in one plate. And of course there typicall "pancake" you have to eat with your fingers... More

If you fancy trying exotic flavours, that’s the place for you. It was the first time we went eating Ethiopian, and it has been a nice discovery. You can try single dishes, although it may be better to go for the menu, if you wish having a broader glance of Ethiopian cuisine. All dishes are served with a typical, slightly... More

Friends took us to dinner here. We had never eaten Ethiopian food before, but our friends did. One of us was vegetarian. We had the Discovery menu of 25 euros per person. This means that the chef makes something for you. You can order vegetarian food, fish or make it spicy: they adapt according to your taste. Everything came in... More
