Went there in our recent trip to Brussels and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience here. The food & drinks are exceptionally good and apart from that the service is excellent. The ambiance and atmosphere in the restaurant is very lively. The waitress also showed us they traditional way of eating Ethiopian food and also fed us the 1st... More

We were looking for a change from moules frites and stumbled across Kokob just around the corner from our Airbnb place in Brussels. The friendly waiter explained all about the shared style of eating using millet pancakes rather than cutlery. Went went for the special of two meat, two veg, and salad. A lot of food arrived and we dived... More

We really loved the food in Ethiopia when we visited the country especially Injera (where you can actually eat your plate). The food in this place is ok but a distant copy from the authentic dishes in the country. It's a good option to go if you're vergetarian or vegan but nothing special. The waiters speak French and some English.... More

No doubt it is an interesting experience to visit and eat at Kokob. The food is good (though a little too spicy for my taste) and the deco is very nice and confy.

I went to Kokob as part of an office function, the place is nice, good taste in decoration and a priori very good for a large group dinner. We were greeted warmly and the beginning was very nice. We ordered our food and were given the relevant explanations, when I tasted the pancakes it was not really to my liking... More

We love this place! If you've never tried Ethiopian food, don't be scared - its delicious! There are some spicy dishes, some mild, meat options, and a lot of vegetarian options as well! The food is always cooked so well and is so tasty and as with most Ethiopian places, you eat 'family style' at your table. So there is... More

Great great food. This is a family favorite... Very friendly service and a very unusual vibrant ambience... Spicy chicken and chick peas are the best...

We found this restraunt walking about, good menu with some vegi (hard to find here) at good prices. Went there the next day for dinner. What a turn up for the books :) went about 18:30 on wed night, no reservation. The size of the restraunt is deceptive from the outside. Greeted nicely and seated without wait. Quiet inside at... It was the first time I visited the place, and I can say it is an excellent spot for dinner in group. The service was very good, a woman warmly greeted us at our table as if the place is just one big happy family, which immediately creates a great atmosphere. The food is also wonderful, definitely try the chicken... More
