Know what you want - Hanoï soup is bland as it can be.

I was in the mood for Asian food, and was drawn to "Au Bambou Fleur". I didn't know what I wanted and ended up ordering the Hanoï soup with slices of beef and one tiny meatball. It was sooo flavorless, soooo bland, that I promptly regretted my choice. It sure did lack condiments. Yet to be fair... read more

My new fav restaurant. Its nice that its open untill 2am during the weekends. We already went here several times after work. And even if we go in at 1:30am, the staff are still all smiles. Great food, a lot of choices. Will be going back for more :)

Tacky oriental decoration, dry duck, fast food (some meals just come too fast - like take away food), average portions... Make this restaurant a forgettable one, especially when nearby you can eat better for better and at a better price. Competition is fierce for Asian restaurants so my piece of advice: go to Yaki, HK delight, Auntie cafe... All my... More

This is now the third time i have eaten in Bambou Fleur. Time for a review. Usually i bring Thai/Vietnamese tourists to this restaurant by coach. And they are all very satisfied. If tourists have booked another restaurant on the Grand Place, i always try to park the coach on Boulevard Pacheco and walk to Bambou Fleur to taste the... More

OK paper rolls and pho, and the restaurant seemed to be run by Vietnamese, but seemed to lack a 'wow' factor. Friendly and efficient enough service. Bill with a glass of house white wine and mineral water was €35 - a bit on the high side.

I had a chicken & curry dish with rice and coconut sauce. I had to admit it was tasty, however the only thing I appreciated. My friend asked for a dish without meat, as he is vegan, but ended with a noodle soup with shrimps. When he complainted to the waiter he didn't bother and said that "shrimp- no meat".... More

After a long shopping day in Brxl, is Bambou Fleur a place to be ! They have really traditional and delicious Phở ( Vietnamese noodle soup with beef). They have a large variations of soup noodles enough choices to try something new :-). Springrolls as starter is a must, very tasty ! Springrolls and Phở are highly recommended !

A very pleasant atmosphere. Service was excellent, and the food was very tasty and good value. I eat a lot of Asian food and this compared very well with some of my experiences.

We went here based on a review of another Vietnamese restaurants which said this was a great restaurant. We had vietnamese spring rolls, a duck with 8 flavours and a chicken salad. The spring rolls were ok, but certainly nothing to write home about. The duck was also ok but not stand out. The salad however was terrible. It was... More
