I think I have been to La Scala

Everything is so nice here. My friend tried the signature dish menu and I went a la carte. To start with, the carpaccio for beef and shrimp were both superb. It was my fiancé's birthday and I booked around six 1-star Michelin restaurants to make sure we had a table in at least one of them. But among all the positive answers we got from the restaurantsj, I decided to choose La Truffe Noire for my fiancé (as he loves truffles and haven't eaten them for a while). In fact,... More

My BFF and I went to la Truffe Noire for lunch. I couldn't find a parking, but they have a valet service. We ordered the menu. Everything we had, consisted of truffles. It was a meal made in heaven! I drove, so only drank water, my friend had the wines. They were carefully chosen by the maitre and perfectly balanced.... More

This establisment is in total perdition just as its tasteless decoration. The truffles were barely present and even more they had no flavor. Where is the warmth of Italy? Missing, exactly as the manager. The service was chaotic except maybe a wine waiter who was agreeable but who was really the only one to have some manners. The charm dissapears... More

I had absolutely no expectations from this resto but I must say I have had a very nice surprise. The food is excellent - its about quality but also presentation - the staff is helpful - speaking English, French and Italian. The wines are spectacular, to die for. Try it!

Tremendous restaurant, the temple of truffles. Luigi the proprietor is a jewel and raises this form a very good to a first class restaurant by his sheer diligence and charm. Eclectic decor, good wine list. Dear but very good value for what you get.

Great food but Chef Luigi and his family are the best here. He is so kind and welcoming as well as his gracious daughters. They even took care of our granddaughter to allow my daughter-in-law to enjoy her food. Luigi even explains how to eat each dish to better enjoy the truffe flavour. And he is personally checking every table... More

The Chief Luigi welcomes every client and describes the conception of the restaurant. The food is very tasty. You should absolutely try La Truffe Noir, the speciality of the restaurant. It is one of the most delicious dishes i have ever tasted.

If you are a truffles addict, this restaurant is a must visit. The starter, main dish, side dish, desert......all with truffles! I took a menu with 60 gram of white truffles. You can also choose the black truffles, however I would recommend the white ones. My dinner went along with a beautiful bottle of white wine. Please be aware that... More
