This has been my second visit to this fine establishment. We were greeted by owner Luigi Ciciriello, who remembered our visit from over a year ago and made us feel at home. Every item on the menu has an element of truffle - black or white (only October to December). I started with one of Luigi's "weaknesses" - Perigord truffle... More

My husband and I occasionally dined at La Truffe Noire until 10 years ago for our wedding anniversary It was not that we were unsatisfied with the restaurant that we stopped going there but we decided to gear up of our quest of other reputed restaurants in the culinary capital of Europe. So, my recent dining experience at La Truffe... More

I went to La Truffe Noire this past Tuesday with four of my colleagues as we were on a business trip to Brussels and we had to WORST experience ever – Luigi Cicirello is racist and condescending! We were highly recommended by my other colleague to visit this restaurant but was extremely disappointed after our experience – it ruined our... More

Loved everything about this experience from the service, atmosphere to the incredible food. We went there for our wedding anniversay and were looked after brilliantly. Only two points to note ; it is very expensive and if you are not an avid truffle lover then don't go !

You need to like truffles to really appreciate this restaurant. Luigi and his staff have been laying on the performance here for a few decades now and it remains one of our favourites for a spoil yourself night out. The cuisine is consistently good, Luigi is consistently entertaining and welcoming, We ate outside in the little courtyard at the back... More

The combination of specialised food, beautiful surroundings, exceptional offerings and the eccentric proprietor make a visit an essential Brussels expeience. Luigi Ciciriello quickly and good naturedly made himself known and commands the scene like a true maestro. Although an Italian restaurant, with the separate pasta section on the menu, the theme is distinctly French/Belgian. We decided to share the carpaccio... More

This restaurant, that specializes in truffle dishes is great, amazing food (don't miss the salmon dish), great service, the place looks great as well - the only thing that needs fixing is the toilet ( the trash was rusty and the cover fell off and it needs a general renovation) but the rest of it was truly a brilliant culinary... We've lived in. Brussels for three years and must return this month. This restaurant was "on our list" but we just experienced tonight. We were very warmly welcomed by the owner, Luigi Ciiciriello, and seated at a table with the view of the garden. We ordered the spring menu with matched wines. Evert course was amazing. My favorite was an... More
