Classy atmosphere, very nice place, good food

In a nutshell, the dinner fully met our expectations of a classy brasserie in Brussels (a city where you expect to eat well). The house ( an impressively decorated former bank, in the art nouveau quarter) deserves to be seen in itself. Apparently the credit for the design must go to the owner, a... read more

In a nutshell, the dinner fully met our expectations of a classy brasserie in Brussels (a city where you expect to eat well). The house ( an impressively decorated former bank, in the art nouveau quarter) deserves to be seen in itself. Apparently the credit for the design must go to the owner, a famous artist. Don't miss the oyster... More

The place is as mentioned by others, beautiful. Decoration wise, well thought off to the the last detail, even down to the nice and special restrooms. We had a 4-course tasting menu(60€ with a selection of 3 different beers, fitting the individual course. We chose to sit in the oyster bar, less noise and more coziness. The food was okay,... More

He had a really good experience in this restaurant. The freshness, the choice off food is supurb and not completly un-important the portion size is very good. This is a more upscale restaurant and so is the look and feel, hip and trendy crowd but not too young.

We planned to have dinner at the Belga Queen on a Saturday evening for a birthday party with a group of 4. We arrive a bit early hoping that we could already have a few oysters at the Oyster bar". The Oyster bar is not a bar; it is a mini restaurant, which only accommodates groups of two people, so... More

A large and beautiful restaurant. Food pricey but fairly standard. But the interior is stunning and it is absolutely worth a visit. The cigar room and little dance floor downstairs are a nice addition. Would recommend a visit.

Let's be honest, you go to Belga Queen more to show off than to savour the food. Which is a pity, since the food is very good, and the location very nice. Problem is that the restaurant is very noisy, impossible to speak from one side to the other of the table. Prices are also quite expensive in the range... More

Me and my boyfriend went here on Saturday evening. The restaurant is buzzy and great - people who say that it is not a "quiet restaurant" probably never been to an upmarket Gastro-place! You go there for the great atmosphere and to people watch, it is trendy and was great for us (we are quite young, 26 and 31). This... More
