VERY COSY

Food is very good, wine not bad. Water is very expensive, as everywere in Belgium. The place is a beautiful 3 level building, full of statues and iron beams in art nouveau style. Only, double check your bill BEFORE paying...

Love this restaurant. Fabulous food, interesting architecture, great beer. Be aware that there are actually two sides to the eating hall of this restaurant, most of the photos (on their web-site for example) show the terraced main seating area and the old clock on the elegant metal stairs. To the right of the photo is another eating area that isn't... More

Good food (hence the 1 star) but the night was ruined by service. Was not the entirely waitress' fault. Restaurant was under staffed and our server had more tables than she can handle. All aspects of service rude and slow. You should spend your money elsewhere.

Some friends who live in Brussels took us here as it is a spot they frequent. A very lovely interior and personable wait staff. Very large portions! My friend recommended the ham shank, which we each got and which was delicious. But it was huge and we could've split the meal.

We went to this restaurant on a special occasion as it is a bit over our normal budget. It is what I would call an 'institution' in Brussels and I must say it deserves its reputation. We all went for the fish but the choice was not easy so we asked the waiter to advise us. His explanations were all... More

We were recommended to go here by our concierge at the Dominican. She said a lot of local people go there as it is so good and located away from the centre. It was about a 15 minute taxi ride from our hotel. The restaurant is a former hardware store and has retained a lot of the original fittings which makes... More

Our concierge recommended dinner here. It was 5 min taxi ride from the Steigenberger Wiltcher Hotel. Decor is quaint but upscale; Service was good- food was delicious. We will definitely return to dine again next time in Brussells. Nice dinner for 2 with wine was 136 euros.

This restaurant has history. It's here around 30 years. Has a very unique architecture by a Portuguese architecht (sorry I don't remember the name).. The food is very good. Belgian traditional good mainly with very fresh fish.. It's not excelent but it's a good choice to visit

I loved the place and the food there. However, you feel packed when you are inside. I was there with a gang of 16 people and we enjoyed everything very much. However, although the weather was fresh outside, it was hot inside...

Good atmosphere and service. Lovely food and at a good value. We had sea bass and chicken stuffed with cheese.
