Both the setting and food were wonderful. We sat outside down the street from the Grand Place. Price was average for Brussels. Lots of couples having dinner and strolling by.

At last we can eat great Belgian food. Two steps from the Grand place, a nice little restaurant, not expensive with a good service and choice.

We had a lovely meal at this lovely restaurant, very small but very personal, the chef came out and spoke to us when we booked earlier in the day and also when we had finished our meal to check that everything was OK. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as it is just off the main square in Brussels, we... More

My husband and I shared the most delicious mussels and frittes at this little café while in Brussels. It was in a tourist area, but not "touristy" at all. The broth was so flavorful and the ale was really cold. It was the perfect afternoon stop sitting outdoors and not getting trampled in one of the smaller alleys that we... More

We had the set menu, which changes with the season. The food was delicious, and I would definitely recommend it. The wine was also wonderful! Great restaurant, we will return.

Food: We had the July menu - fricassee of poultry with Leffe brune and speculoos, vanilla mashed potato and the steak. To us, the dishes were below par. The chicken were a little overcooked that it tasted a little dry, vanilla mashed potato was awful, the medium done steak we ordered came medium-well. Ambience: The restaurant itself is a little... This is my favorite restuarant in Brussels. I have eaten here about 4 times thus far. It would be more except the restaurant is closed on Sundays, and I am usually there on the weekends. They have a small menu that changes monthly. I look forward to discovering what new creations the chef has come up with for the month.... More

Definitely one of our "Brusseler monthly meeting". With the monthly changing menu, you have this feeling that you always went to another restaurant. It is a real pleasure to discover the new menu every month, and to think about what we will choose. The prices are more than correct. Just a little malus on the prise of drinks. Food is... More

I was not expecting what we found when a member of our family made reservations for us here for the final dinner in Brussels....It was for 11 people...and we were seated upstairs. I was surprised to find they had freshly homemade duck liver pate as an appetizers. I have had pate from some of the finest chefs in St. Barths.... More

Polite service, but drinks came after the starter plate. Steak was perfect, but my friends fish was still raw and uncooked. We complained, after a few minutes they came back with the fish still raw. Bad experience after all the good ratings here. :(
