The 5 star review I've done

Best fish and chips ever!!! And that's very hard to say as I'm from Ireland. But I can genuinely say, it beats Beshoff's and Leo Burdock's!!! Without a DOUBT!!! I would have it everyday!!!! ☺ 😊

Intrigued by the prospect of a posh Fish 'n' Chips whose owners from 'The Old Country' had gone in search of the bureaucratic euro in Brussels, we popped in here for a mid-afternoon snack. Having seen the portion sizes on our neighbours' tables, us adults went for a portion of the 'Lemon & Fennel Panko Hake with Seaweed Salted Chips',... More

If you're looking for traditional fish and chips you might be a bit disappointed, but otherwise this is delicious! The fish is really fresh and the portions are generous. You can choose from different flavours and there are also chicken and vegetarian options. The fish is served with wedges rather than chips, and there are flavoured salts to go with... More

Really good choice of fish and chips (much better than just the standard Cod and Haddock in most UK chip shops!). All the dishes come with sauteed potatoes and a large pot of sauce. I had the mexican pollock which was really nice and my girlfriend has the standard cod. We both had a bottle of beers with our meals... More

excellent deep fried fish (we tried the spicy and one not spicy), nice and cool place and the staff was extremely friendly and helping (we have a super-active baby). if you look for a great spot in Bruxelles don't miss it.

Just eaten here tonight, awesome take on the British No1 takeaway. Certainly fish and chips with a twist a great one at that. You may have to wait to get in but it's worth it.

Visited Bia Mara today, on the strength of the Tripadvisor ratings. I was not disappointed. I had red seabream in a lemon & sumac tempura, with Baharat sauce. My companion had cod in Panko with tartare sauce. Included are seaweed salted chips. The food was delicious, the fish tasted so fresh. A portion of Fish & chips was around €12,... More

Had to wait a while for a table. Was a different take on the traditional fish and chips. A range of different types to choose from (mu husband really enjoyed the Mexican dish) and then you can see what fish does with each dish. Plastic cutlery but presented in a cool wooden box. The only downside I would say is... More

It is fish and chips but with a twist. There are a few different flavours you can choose. It is cheap, fast and very good. The staff was very friendly. Suggested if you want a very fast meal eating domething different.
