Not the best meal ever but definitely the best Ravioli and the rest of the dishes looked perfect as my friends tasted a few. Highly recommended thus...

Really small and informal restaurant. Make sure to reserve or bring some patience with you, since they do not have many tables and if you do not reserve you need to wait ca. 30 minutes before getting a seat. In the while maybe you can enjoy a glass of wine. As told the place is small, this is why the... More

Last time I wanted to go to La Piola, last minute, it was fully booked, so this time we we lucky to get a table. We ordered a delicious bottle of white wine (Muller-Thurgau) and tried some of the (offered) antipasti (you can sample some of their pasta & vegetables) when ordering a glass of wine. My friends ordered the... More

Fantastic food, brilliant wine and an ambiance restaurants with Michelin stars would be proud of. Simple menu, done very well with wines to match. They obviously love their food & wine and want customers to enjoy the experience , but not require a remortgage to do it.

Pasta was very well done and delicious. Our waiter was very sweet. Had to come back as there were no tables but managed to get a table several hours later. Not much of a decor but then again, the food and wine were so good I spent very little time looking around.

This restaurant is one of my favorite restaurants in Brussels. They know well how pasta should be... al dente which many restaurants in Brussels don't know. good ambiance, good service, very reasonable.

La Piola is a very nice (and very small) Italian restaurant that serves excellent food. Since the restaurant has only a few tables, they can't afford to have a long menu. Instead they change it very often (weekly I believe) - don't forget to check the menu outside before getting in. My review only applies to the "La Piola Pesce"... More

This is my type of restaurant - relaxed, basic wooden tables, nice atmosphere, great food. The pasta (I had the arrabiata) is some of the best I have eaten in Brussels (where much of the Italian food is truly awful). Well cooked pasta, just the right amount of well flavoured sauce. And topping it off is the price - extremely... More

I was looking fwd to my first visite to la piola. All my italien frinds mentioned as best pasta in town. Imagine my disappointment when we had poorly cooked pasta and. a sauce that wasn't cook enough. I Could live with crappy looking decor not to say cheap, and long waiting time, but I can not accept poor pasta, especially this is your only... More

This small restaurant is ideal for a relaxed Saturday lunch. They offer 6 or 7 mains, salads and antipasti. Food is properly prepared, with fresh pasta and well seasoned sauces. I felt it was a very good restaurant that definitely stands out from the plethora of Italian places that usually serve the traditionally boring pastas and precooked ricotta spinach ravioli......
